Great service from the Stanground crew. I dropped the car in for an MoT test and an hour later received a text to say all was good. Everyone was friendly and efficient.

Booked and paid online for 2 tyres for fitting the next day. Received a call in the morning to say the booking system was incorrect and they didn't have those appointments. Asked of I would like a refund or to rebook. As I needed the tyres urgently I chose refund so I could get them elsewhere.

That's fair enough these things happen. What isn't fair enough is that it took them a week to even get round to processing the refund which will then take a further 3-5 working days. I don't think it would have even been processed at all unless I chased it up. The staff you speak to are nice enough but something is obviously very wrong in the processes.

To be out the best part of £200 at the minute for no reason for nearly 2 weeks is a joke. Quick to take your money incorrectly, slow to give it back.

Given a time of 4.30 the next day happy with that, only to be told the first thing the next day that the appointment time wasn’t available?
What the point of being able to book on line ?

Simple and straightforward booking experience

One of the worst service in Peterborough. The staff is rude and did not do my wheel alignment…. When asking for the report they said printer is broken…. Staff was smoking while they were doing some work near my car……. Is that the service we pay for ???? Very disappointed experience and dishonesty with the work…..

Why bother ordering & booking online arrive 10 minutes early for this garage to take over an hour to change two front tyres. Poor should be no more than 1/2 hour at most. I've had a previous partners who worked for these types of garages & know how it works. Also to be told the bloke is being delicate with my tyres was a lot of BULL when I chase them. More interested in drinking energy drink yet no drink offered to the customers Yes I get they are training apprentices but I've lost an extra hour out of my day ! Wont be reusing unless desperate. Need training urgently in customer care. When I walked outside to collect my car from the young lad - I got a grunt when I said thank you.

If you are a women - AVOID this garage!

Booked in to have 4 tyres changed and told it would be an hour to an hour and a half, returned after an hour and a half and still on ramp with only 1 tyre changed, staff all stood around chatting. Yet amazingly staff managed to look after numerous women who just pulled up and managed to do their cars immediately, while other cars that had been booked in had to sit and wait.

Very bad costumer service, after buy 4 new tyres, insurance and steering alignment.
The alignment fail completely, the car has puling to thru right badly, so I have to drive another 50 miles to fix one thing that I’ve paid and should be sorted at first time.
The manager (A bold gentleman using Halfords uniform) don’t look very interested in solve the situation, very rude attitude…
The second in charge (a gentleman with a beard that has a red Mini, sorry I don’t get your name) was the one that try to solve the issue and book me to another centre in Peterborough that the alignment machine is working properly or the technician know how to do the job, I have to drive another 50 miles to fix something that is not my fault.
If I buy anything on Halfords group again? Maybe not.

Easy access and a company I have always trusted.

Online appointment booked for 9am and payment made for 2 tyres. Arrived 8.42am. Sat in the waiting room until 10.07 with various other customers coming and going, at which point car was finally taken in to have tyres fitted. Staff didn’t seem at all bothered by the amount of time we had been waiting. There were by now only 3 chairs in the waiting area after the manager took the least tatty one for the office. No drinks available. What was the point of making an online appointment? Finally got an apology and a 5% discount for having waited so long and we left with the long awaited 2 new tyres at 10.27, but it has put me off using them again.
