The courier has tried 3 times to make this delivery- as this has now been unsuccesful this is being returned.

Perfect Shirt
Perfect shirt that I had to have—on sale! However… as I was told that I qualified for free shipping, there was no option at checkout for that, and I was only left to pay $25 for shipping ( from the U.K. to the US). As I said, I had to have the shirt, so the shipping just put it at regular price with no shipping. It was worth it though! I’m happy!

Sorry for any delays you have had here- we generally do not send emails when an order is returned but we do refund as soon as this is returned and logged.
I can see the order was received back 12 August and the refund processed and sent back to you 13th August within the 2-3 days of receipt as per our refund policy.

I have worn the shorts twice and washed them once. The fabric around the waist clip has disintegrated!!!! Terrible quality clothing, so disappointed. Currently waiting to see if they will refund.

We follow in depth testing and quality controls from our factories to ensure issues like this are minimized and do not arise but as you can imagine there can be a style which gets through.

Poor service
After buying the item and paying next day delivery it took me to get in touch with them a couple of days later for them to them tell me that the item was out of stock. The communication and update of the website it poor.

Great knitwear purchases
Great selection of really fashionable, good looking clothes to choose from. I regular buy knitwear hear because it's always well made, interesting designs which aren't overpowering.
This time I bought a great preppy cardigan and a really soft v neck with a great collar detail. The fabric is beautifully soft, and I love them both. They were delivered super quickly as well.
