Good on SEO - that is it. Stay away

Only buy ingredients and containers from here if you need the small quantities. Quality is terrible.

Stay away - at all cost - from they lab services. It took almost a year to get the CPSR and I had to follow up and chase them with hundreds of e-mails and calls. Not fun! There are better companies at similar prices such as oxford analytics.

It took me a while to find your details as you are now using a different surname to original name you used.

With regard our packaging we have customers that have been purchasing for over 15 years and they rely on our packaging for their brands. They are very pleased with quality and availability, so apologies if you aren't but we do have tens of thousands of regular repeat customers that purchase packaging (bottles and jars) that we have a great relationship with for a very long time.

Our ingredients and packaging is of the highest quality, you never sent us a complaint about our packaging or ingredients and purchased for over a year.

With regard our CPSR service, the original delays were in large part caused by your failure to provide us with an allergens certificate for the Lavender Oil you produce. I agree we had hundreds of emails together... hundreds of these emails were from us sending you information and help to help you get the information that was required. We had a lot of emails with you also helping you understand your obligations under EU law as you were very unsure as to what you needed at the start.

After your products failed the CPSR we allowed you to re-test for Free and did this for you, for nothing. The whole process did take a long time for your CPSR and some of the delays were caused by us, and this being the case we retested your products for free as an apology when your products failed. However had you have been able to provide the correct information in the first place, the delays would not have happened.

I am sad you felt the need to write this review for something that was concluded amicably 6 months ago and which seems to contradict what really happened.

This company should be sued and lost …

This company should be sued and lost then rights of salling on line , i made a order online and paid for express next day delivery , the parcel never arrived but I got a email from them delivery company saying it was delivered included the name who has signed , when I asked them the proof of they , they simply vanished sending me email saying my case was closed , when I call them the answer is they are cheasing the company , but the true is I never got my parcel . I opened a dispute on PayPal and hopefully it will be sort out with PayPal despite but I have to wait 23 day to close the dispute . This the worst way to treat a custumer , I'm a masseuse therapist and explained I need the product to work , if they could send me the product , no answer ! Don't buy with them you have the risk of lost your money apart of the stress you will suffer .

Thumbs up !!

Ordered some 96 hour CPSRs about a month ago and i got all 6. It took a little more than 96 hours but that´s okay with me. Good connection with the kind staff members ( especially Lauren and Tom ).

DON'T USE NATURALLY THINKING FOR LAB …

DON'T USE NATURALLY THINKING FOR LAB TESTING!
We submitted products for stability and CPSR in February. Now September and despite an email by Tom offering a refund on 27th June, we've been ignored by customer service via email, and fobbed off (and patronised by rude staff) by phone since then.
The £260 this 'service' cost us is nothing compared to the the time, money and credibility we have lost since.

Great products ....Diabolical service

They have great products but I've been chasing my cpsr And a refund for months . I've sent countless emails to no response. I feel disrespected as a customer.
They don't pick their so called customer help line . It's unheard of to treat customers so badly and expect loyalty. I'm taking my business elsewhere

DO NOT buy from this company

DO NOT buy from this company. It's been a month and ten days since I placed a big order with NT, and there's no word about it. Here's a full run down of what happened, and also my report to PayPal. Luckily I've placed the order with PayPal and will get my money back. But it came at the cost of time and missed opportunities.

I placed my order on the 5th of April. Naturally Thinking (NT) promises a delivery date of 10 days, so I waited 15 before sending them the first email.

The next day (18th of April) I received a reply from NT saying that they were investigating and would get back to me shortly.

8 days later (on the 26th) NT finally got back to me saying that my parcel had been resent. I asked what did they mean with "resent", what was the reason of the delay, and the company they used for shipping so I could track the parcel.

NT replies saying that something went wrong with the delivery company and they couldn't track the parcel, so they're resending it. They tell me the shipping company (DPD), and I start tracking it.

On the 2nd of May, I still had no news of the whereabouts of my parcel, and the tracking info hadn't been updated. So I contacted NT again.

They tell me that something was broken in the parcel and didn't show up on their tracking. They also said that they were preparing a 3rd parcel for me.

At the time of this review it's been 13 days since I last heard from them, and I'm still waiting for my parcel.

I should've read their Facebook reviews before placing an order. But the truth is, I placed a small order before and it came through alright, so I never thought this would happen with a big order. Apparently, it happens often enough. Whatever the outcome of the PayPal dispute is, I'll never trust this company again.

Over 2 months delay on my CPSR! Unacceptable.

Submitted my CPSR documents on February 18th and still waiting for my report (April 25th). Their CPSR reporting is advertised as a 96 hours, self-service process but has taken over two months now! Unacceptable experience. If you can't deliver the reports on time just stop offering this service, you are slowing down other businesses significantly by doing this!

Great

Great - no, excellent service. Great products (some of them are quite hard to find elsewhere), quick delivery, careful packaging, great communication from the highly supportive staff.
I would certainly recommend Naturallythinking to anyone who's looking for high-quality ingredients and serious customer-seller interactions.

Keep up the good work, guys!

Testing of products

After 3 months I still have no reply. My emails are not being answered and I am losing time as unable to sell. They have wasted more than enough of my time so I now have to start afresh with a different company for testing. It is a shame I cannot make them liable for the money I have lost. I will never use them again.

Pitiful

Having read the other reviews, it seems my experience is not unique. Naturally Thinking have wasted over 15 months of product development time for me. Woefully inadequate staffing, systems, processes and yet they are still selling services that they cannot support nor deliver on. Their arrogance is alarming as is their clear contempt for their customers. in 2015, they took over 6 months to conduct product testing; didn't even tell me there was a problem. This year, I booked tests in July and heard nothing from August so I chased in November. Promised my reports but I still haven't heard anything. I sent another chaser today. Needless to say, no communication received so far.

Frustration

The whole experience was frustrating from start to finish. The communication is poor, the customer service helpline does not seem to be manned adequately. There were a few delays and updates weren't provided to explain the delays. I had to chase them constantly for updates and provide them with the same information 3 times when all they had to do was check their records for the previous time I provided them with the same information. It was meant to take 4 months but after 5 months still no news. I then sent 2 emails over a short period but had no answer. In the end, managed to get through on the phone and was told it was complete. This was at the 5 month stage but they had not bothered to contact me. Ridiclulous for a company to treat its customers this way. Dont they care???

Naturally Awesome

Naturallythinking are incredibly informative and helpful, stock a great range of products, and were very quick to respond to a mishap in the logistical process. Can't fault their customer service.

Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone! I ordered my products late Monday night, early Tuesday morning I had an email to say it was received and being actioned and they were in my hands Wednesday morning! They were super friendly and helpful with all my queries and by Friday I had my CPSR report and I was able to get my first product out by the weekend - I'll definitely be placing my future orders with this company.

In LOVE with the products

My bathroom is packed with Naturallythinking products. I have dry skin that is so hard to keep moisturized and dry brittle hair that makes me look like a combed poodle. Naturallythinking was a great find, I simply forgot about my skin and hair problems since i found it.
I have recently discovered their hair shots that made my hair smooth from brittle. Definitely recommended!
The body butter also is great, absorbs quickly and leaves skin soft.
Love the smell and the feeling.

Fantastic service and customer care.

I love that their products look exactly the way they look online. Processing and shipping times were quick. Their response to emails are prompt and put your heart at ease.
Nothing beats dealing with a company with high standards. I am very impressed.
I will definitely be purchasing again.

Real mixed feelings about these guys

The positive is that they stock a wide range of raw materials at a decent price. I have never had a problem with deliveries or service.

The not so great is their unreliable supply chain. When you are running a business and use their packaging and materials and they are suddenly out of stock for months at a time, it can do serious damage to your business. I am doing an overhaul of my packaging and using a more reliable supplier (for all my raw ingredients too) so unfortunately won't be using them again.

This may be a strategic move by them, i.e. they no longer want to do business with small businesses such as myself. If it isn't, I really hope they get their act together
