Delivery was later than the stated time and the dry ice had melted down some of the raw meat had defrosted.

Delivery was on time, with updates as to when it would arrive which were very helpful. The order was well packaged and as expected. I love that I don't have to drive to our nearest supplier any more but can have the food delivered straight to me which is really convenient. My dog loves the raw nuggets and I know she's getting nutritious meals of good quality so we're both happy.

Excellent company great products and prompt service .

Normally, very good Bailey seems to like the food. However this latest delivery there were only 4 bags of food instead of 6 and the icebags were empty. I haven't been in touch because I hadn't realised till after as someone else in the household had unpacked and I have since used 1 bag - so will keep my eye on for future deliveries.

Food isn’t consistent and not as good as they used to be. Sometimes really smelly and my dog wouldn’t eat it! Foxes were happy though! Deliveries terrible and sometimes the food didn’t arrive. Albeit the company did refund and credit some money onto my account as an apology but it was the food I needed. Now order from Paleo Ridge and the food is good! My dog eats it every time unlike natures menu raw food

The last 2 deliveries have been delivered some nearly thawed out, soft-ish, It used to be frozen solid before, so not sure what's happening??

Happy with the products. The delivery service is poor at best. A new courier is needed I feel.

I've used nature's menu for a long time now, probably around 20 years. It's what I've raised my puppies on, and kept my adult dogs on. I'm not sure whether the recipe has changed recently as the dogs aren't eating it the way they once did. I recently got a puppy, who came eating a raw brand, and have switched her to NM (from breeders previous brand)

A selection of treats that the dogs love. Great to see good quality ingredients too. Handy variety of pack sizes.

The dog treats are great and loved by every dog I come across - even those whose owners tell me their dog won't take a treat. And the delivery is always rapid and the packaging excellent.

DHL - dumped two deliveries on doorstep unannounced - (having been cancelled due to arriving at delivery depot at between 2-4am) one at 10pm - both defrosted - have cancelled subscription

Long time customer my dogs love natures menu and any issues I may experience are always dealt with quickly can’t fault the staff all lovely from customer services to the Delivery drivers 😊

MY only issue with this company is that they use DHL for deliveries. They do not have temperature controlled vans and if the food is delivered late it arrives part defrosted.

Delivered on time, thanks to delivery updates and my dogs absolutely thrive on this food.
