Genuinely the most infuriating company - company ceasing contract with them due to poor service
Genuinely the most infuriating company I've ever dealt with. I have a promotional code for NCP New Bailey in Salford. It NEVER works via the app or when I've parked. Every single time I have to manually contact NCP who take forever to fix it.
The most recent chat with Hazel was the most frustrating and unprofessional I've ever had with any company. I've never dealt with such an incompetent customer service agent in all my life. I will be submitting a formal complaint with the chat log and raising this with my company to cease their contract with NCP.

Simple refund process
I pre booked a space but was unable to access it due to road closures on the day. I requested a refund online which was a really simple hassle free process and received a response within a few days saying NCP would fully refund me. Shame we couldn't use the carpark as planned but at least the £35 wasn't wasted.
