I visited the Neals Yard store in Covent Garden. The assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I would go back to that store to speak to her again. We discussed the Frankincense range and she talked me through options - and I bought one to try - and I will go back again to get some other options.

The Neal's Yard shop looked lovely and the lady behind the counter was very welcoming. She guided me to a number of products that were suitable as a gift. She also explained that the gift sets were good value and I followed her recommendation. I was impressed with the service and with the choice of products.
