This company is just a joke

This company is just a joke. They made me wait for two weeks after I placed the order. And when they finally were supposed to ship the product, they tell me they sent the item to the wrong customer! Outrageous.
Last but not least, they are not even nice with the customer. Please note the tone the wrote to me :
"Did you notice that in the meantime there was Christmas and companies were closed due to legal holiday? Don´t expect to receive it in the next week because of New Year holiday."

Absolutely shocking service.

Absolutely shocking service.
Food arrived cold and soggy to contacted live chat, was told to email deliverlogic address so I did, never heard back so contacted live chat again, was told his colleague was messaged to help me. Been nearly a week, sent email 4 times and contacted online chat 5 times in total so no one got back yo me.
Appalling customer service, never use them again and woukd not recommend using them!

Awful

Food is always cold, they miss things off the order and if they can't get an item they guess what to get instead of calling so most times food gets wasted. I won't order from them again. 1 star is being generous!

If I could give zero I would

If I could give zero I would. Paid for an order, the order was accepted, 45 minutes later received a call to say the food outlet had closed early and our accepted order could not be fulfilled. Tried to discuss this with the business owner who said they take the order/money but have absolutely no control over whether the food outlet supplies the food or not, and so could only offer me an apology, a refund for the services not received and free delivery on another order. I felt this was not enough, given them taking our money, saying the order was accepted, and then a significant delay of 45 minutes later saying they wouldnt be fulfilling our order. The owner asked what I felt would be appropriate compensation, and so I suggested as compensation/a good will gesture given the poor service and inconvenience caused, a full refund (which shouldnt even be in question as the services paid for were not received, and so of course the money paid should be returned irrespective of any compensation/apology) and then instead of free delivery on another order, a voucher for the cost of the order they could not fulfil (£20.48), for us to use with the company on a future order. The business owner refused this and stuck to the original offer of free delivery on a future order as the only compensation (I do not consider the refund for services paid for but not provided to be a form of compensation). Completely unacceptable. Will never be using them again.

Super fast delivery

I was pretty shocked how quick my order turnt up today. At first the website told me that they couldn't deliver to my area, but i tried again and luckily it worked. Driver was really friendly and i didnt have the correct change to give him a tip, but he told me not to worry and to do it next time. Order was still hot, food was incredible. Will definitely be using you guy's more often. Especially for festival place kitchen.....10/10 every time!

Great Home Delivery Service!

By far the best meal I have eaten in a long time.. Ordered a Festival Street Kitchen and it was so good. My daughter loved it too. Delivered very fast, very hot and very tasty! A big thumbs up.

Good, needs refinement

Website is easy to use, although there's a few little things. For example when adding items to the basket instead of a simple add button, you get an option to say who it's for, or extra info. Unnecessary.
Also tipping is a little excessive not too mention when you click "other" it comes up in Dollars.
Other than that very straight forward.

The things that you class as unnecessary are used many times every day and were in fact added at customer requests. Mostly valuable for large orders such as offices or parties where the name of the person given is added to the item by the restaurant. This saves the people time and effort opening each dish to discover who it is for. These fields are completely optional.

Fantastic delivery service!

Really easy to order online and I had delivery within about half an hour which is well impressive! Would definitely recommend this service and will be using again.

Definately worth a try

First time I have used this service, I was not well didn't want to go out but really fancied a Macdonalds. - I ordered put I. A special request and within 20 mins it was on my doorstep exactly the order I had requested

Perfect!
