Recently ordered Mcdonalds for delivery .It does take awhile for delivery (1 hour+) and there is the delivery charge + the restaurant adds a service charge too .It does make it an expensive MCdonalds but then I guess if you were to drive ,get a bus it evens out .

Can't ask for more than I got. Exactly as expected only with hot food and was really fast. Really fast in fact I was eating within 15 minutes. Well done need 4 feed

I have ordered a few times from here although a little pricey. Usually a good service but have had a couple orders take longer than stated and unfortunately this time it was 20 min late. The delivery man apologised for delay food was warm not hot hoping this is just a one off

Ive used need4feed many times now, & I must say each & every time the delivery has been within the time given upon ordering... Food is always hot & the delivery driver is very polite. I would highly recommend to anyone. Best delivery service Im Basingstoke I'd say :D

Ordered a wimpy for the family, all came in seperate bags and was hot.
the delivery wasnt a bad price, but the expected tip for the driver was. will use again but not often, the tip makes it far to expensive.

I never asked for the money back, I just had my opion

Delivered within timescale given, food hot, delivery driver friendly and will definitely use again as well as recommend. Wish Nando's was an option

For ages only 2 to 3 restaurants deliver my way so when I discovered a delivery service for a chippie, 2 fast food restaurants and a Costa, I ordered immediately.
After breathing through a paper bag for 45 mins the food arrived hot, fresh and very satisfying. The fella who delivered it was very polite and genuine.
I will be using this again goddammit my overdraft will suffer so badly

Excellent, friendly and efficient service. Would like more selection like perhaps some Chinese and fish and chips places, but understandably it is just early days! I would highly recommend as the service is excellent.

Mine order was dispatched within a 5mins after i placed mine order. So, quick and it took less than 20 mins for arrival at door.EXCELLENT !!!

Very fast and easy too. All you do choose your food pay and then that is that :) you wait. Very pleasant guy delivered our food and was very appreciative of the tip I gave them too

Very quick service, it told me estimated time 1hour and 15 mins. But it was here with in 30mins.

Need4Feed not only remind me of an amazing video game i played in my youth, they bring me tastey goods in style with a uniform and some awesome kit to keep my food tastey and may i also say... Somehow they're experienced in the ways of not spilling a mcdonalds drink AT ALL.

Now that I know about need4feed, I shall be using them often! Combination of favourite food delivered in quick time and easy to order. Absolutely fantastic.

I do enjoy thus service. As a non driver it's really handy to have access to the goods at home I don't usually have. Having said that I find the menu very sparse. Lots of things available in store you can't get from need4feed I also think it's a bit too pricey. Delivery charge is acceptable but the add on prices to the menu with the delivery fee makes it an expensive choice. My honest opinion . . Stop adding to the price of the meal. Stick with the delivery fee. Customers will feel less cheated.

Very quick service. Might have to be a Friday evening thing!

Very fast, food was hot. Communication was great! Missing my dip but that's ok. Downsides: Felt a little pressured to tip the driver and that the delivery charge is really high. For bigger orders that might be ok I guess.

We've already used this service twice in the first week since we discovered it. Both times we had our food, still hot, in under an hour. Easy to use website and very simple service. Can't recommend enough.
