Val D'Isère April this year as a solo skier. Staff lovely, hotel great location and fab spa. Food was delicious, and area for solo skiers to sit together in the restaurant. Ski guiding in the afternoon was so much fun. Will hopefully be returning for next season.

I love a Neilson holidays great balance between activity and peaceful relaxing by the pool. Brilliant locations coupled with great staff. I can highly recommend a Neilson holiday there is something for everyone

The lady the dealt with our booking was friendly and incredibly helpful. The process of booking was painless.

It was easy to book but took a while for documents to appear in my Neilson .

This will be my 5th Neilson’s holiday in around 2 years. I sometimes come with a triathlon group and we have somebody who organises it for us. I also brought my son and family + this is the 2nd time I’ve been on my own. Fantastic facilities, accommodation and food ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

You can easily search all destinations and dates and your requirements for activities.
Also airports can be filtered.

Disappointed you don’t still give discounts to RYA members when other operators do.

This will probably be the last time sailing with Neilson as we have sailed this area over 6 times before - unless you extend your area of operation, eg back to Turkey etc

Easy to deal with and easy to understand and book

There had been an issue with the website booking so called contact centre to see if the reservation had gone through.

Customer service said no, so took payment.

Unfortunately, I ended up paying twice.

It got picked up a couple of days later and I received a cancellation email, which naturally made me think the holiday had been cancelled.

However what happened was that the holiday had in effect been double booked and the cancellation was for one of the bookings.

Was explained to me over call I initiated;spoke to a senior team member who said they were going to call but their systems pre-empted them.

Could have still had a courtesy email to confirm what had happened to apologise as follow up.

Looking forward to holiday still and hope this is a one off as all the reviews I have read have been very complimentary and positive.

First package holiday for many years and so easy as a solo traveller and single supplement not extortionate, which is refreshing.

Danielle i think was the woman helping me. She was patient. Helpful and just superb. Absolutely excellent.

Don’t trust them with your holiday !
We got allocated a rear ground floor room at Vounaki beach club overlooking a very busy road with fast motorbikes, Lorries and car noise until early hours of the morning which you can still hear loudly with the double doors closed. Unable to use the little verranda area with the noise. It has triggered me for the whole holiday anfter heavy period of stress ang work. We have been looking into early flight home. Offered a room upgrade for 500 euro or another room closer to the road a few doors up which is just as bad (rep offered to show us this without even knowing where it was ! Must think we are stupid) . Will be pursuing formal claiim when we get back on 24th. No information given about the busy road or noise during booking (it was a surprise for a special occasion) . Might as well have stayed at home and enjoyed my own main road. This was not explained at all at the time of booking - this was the last thing I expected to be worrying about given the price of these holidays. Never again.
