My experience was awful. When you try to answer to the assistant you write and give enter but what you write does not go to the assitant . It remains with you. It does not matter how many enters you do

I did ask for some certain help and i was with a contact person very fast and solved my problem for nets buy.

The agent was helpful but the user experience from the chat wasn't so good. I could'n press the send button and that resulted to the agent leaving the chat before I get all the information needed because it took me forever to send the messages, due to the send button problem

Tried to report a issue with the program when using firefox 100. The supporter showed no sign of interest in the issue.

This useless piece of garbage so-called "Nem ID" keeps forcing me to using it, whenever I am about to order something such as buying some games on Steam, whenever I wanted to some games, or order something else across, such as ordering some PC hardware.
And now they did blocked my Nem ID for no apparent reason, as I have to re-open my garbage Nem ID.
How about just letting me use the credit card to buy something, instead of just keeping me to logging with Nem ID, whenever I wanted to buy something, shame! "Thumbs down"

can't i just buy things online without needing to verify? what if i don't have that nemid account thing? i just want to buy a steam game and nemid is forcing me to verify when i dont have a damn account, and i can't make one. 1 star is way too much for this piece of garbage.

Dear All,
I am so disappointed I could not get any support. I typed my query in the message box but it did not get sent through. The expected chat with the support team never started for some strange reason!? I could not request another letter with a temporary password for nem ID administrator signature as the existing password has already time-expired.
Could you, please, somehow help with this issue?

I had locked my self out of the system.
A very correct and detailed information gave me the solution. I did not have to wait many minutes.

Bad experience, I never got the support I asked for and the person I was talking with could not guide me. She went off before she finished "helping" Her advice increesed the issue I have being in Cuba, where the appstore is blocked.
