One star is too many. When sending a message, there is no way to see what happens. After long time waiting a useless answer appears. Then I type another question, and before a question can be completed, the conversation is closed.
Just stop this meaningless waste of timeand admit there is no help.

Living in Copenhagen as a foreigner is impossible thanks to you guys. I appreciate your service but please, have some love and understanding for us immigrants. I just want to set up a bank account so I can finally get paid for this job I've had for months. Nem-ID is the worst thing that ever happened to me, and I've been divorced six times.

I got my problem solved, but the dialog was very sluggish, it seemed like the supporter was busy with a lot of other customers at the same time. There was not really a dialog, I just wrote about my problem, and got a reply - and goodbye. But it worked for me. Luckily I am not an older person, it must be impossible for them to follow that pace and limit instruction.

Try to call NemID - this is impossible since you get an answering machine with bla bla bla bla ... very bad help.
I got through to the chat service and I got a very fine support.

Nice and quick response on chat, problem solved in no time

Very bad phone service - you get redirected from "push this number or else push this number" and at no point do you actually get to talk to a real person.
Chat service was OK, but very unappealing - no "hello" or "have a nice day", she just logged off in the middle of the conversation.

Terrible handling

The support was nice, simple, exactly what I wanted. On the other hand, I had to press send message button like 50 times in order to send a message. Overall the interface is strange and for some reason its opened in another window (could be done as a chat head or just chat, like other sites do)

A very non-helpful support system which in 0 degree will help solve your issues with NETS.
