NemID Code Card Dispatch Confirmation
I have experienced a NemID Code Card had not arrived at my address. I contacted NemID and got instant help via Chat function. My overseas home address I provided was confirmed as the mailing address used and the dispatch date was confirmed. Very efficient service - thank you NemID !!!

Jeg har et aktuelt problem med at logge ind med medarbejdersignatur via Nøglefil. Svartiderne i systemet er helt urimelig lange. Der er tydeligvis en fejl i programmet, se nedenfor. Med idet "Henrik" fra Support kunne se, at jeg faktisk kom på efter 5 min., ja så "gad" han ikke hjælpe mig...og andre som sandsynligvis har samme problem. Jeg havde endvidere skrevet at jeg har prøvet i både chrome + firefox og havde af- og geninstalleret nøgleprogrammet. Men selv efter at dette stod sort på hvid, så var det "Henriks" første råd...gav vide om "Henrik" er en dårlig AI ??? Alt i alt en kanon dårlig service.

Uselss support, when business-critical software is not working
Terrible experience for business-critical software with no alternative.
Explained the help-desk, what my issue was (unable to use medarbejderlogin) and what I had done to alleviate the issue (re-install browser AND Extension).
They then forwarded me an email about how to re-install my browser with NO other specific advice.
Meaning I still have the issue that I can't access business-critical information and no further support.

Useless -
First of all I had to start the conversation 4 times before I was told to turn up at borger service in Denmark. I live in Australia. We have covid restrictions I am not even allowed to leave country. What the?! Alternative is to cancel my NEMID and start a new one - was told it could take months???

NEM ID just told me I have no right to exist.
I don't reside in Denmark. My lifetime of retirement savings does. But the policy is set up to not account for my case. I should pack up and travel to Denmark amidst a pandemic, because noone in NEM ID cares to find a solution to an expired certificate.

Awful service for people living outside Denmark
This service is not ready for citizens who are currently living outside Denmark.
The only solution they gave me was to go to Denmark to renew my NEMid, when no one can travel...
