It’s been 6 months and I still haven’t received my order and I’ve emailed 3 times since with no response. Kinda given up. Money down the drain. So disappointed to say the least. Use at your own risk.

Ordered the Fallout Nerd Box on July 12th, which still hasn't arrived. I've sent two emails and got no response.

Order never arrived and company not answering calls or responding to emails

Ordered a box 16/7 still haven't received it. keep getting told its the "July box and It will be sent out this week" its the second week of August now and still nothing. Would never order from them again!

Ordered 2 "June Editions" ... we are now in August. I was told that said items would be dispatched on Monday the 2nd of July. I have since sent several emails and had no acknowledgement or response from them. £67 well spent .... Not!

I ordered last year. my order took over a month to arrive with no correspondence from the company until I chased the delivery. When the package finally arrived after several emails items were missing from the box. Several months and several emails later I have still not received them. Will not be using again.

My son loves this sweat shirt (it says jacket, it is sweat shirt material). I was a little disappointed because I thought is was going to be an actual heavier jacket but, it fits well, it's warm & is of good quality.

2 shirts that i already knew it was in the box because you have to choose a size, 2 coasters and a cap. That's it? Come on put a little effort into it! No more "mystery" boxes for me from Nerd Merch!

Goods arrived in perfect condition,the gifts inside were of good quality and would definitely go order one again

I pre-ordered the Rogue One mystery box, and while I received it just fine, I got less than I expected. I received two t-shirts, a snap-back hat, and two coasters. According to the product description, I believed I would at least get some collectible, or another shirt, and the "pre-order bonus" it mentioned. If the hat or coasters were the prize for pre-ordering, I'm not impressed. I would have been more accepting if the description were a little more descriptive. If I understood what I was buying, for the price I paid, I would have just bought the shirts separately.

My order hasn't arrived and it's been over a month. Trying to get in contact with somebody but no one is responding to my emails. Horrible service and a waste of my money.

Brilliant box received of Harley Quinn goodies, so much stuff for such a low price. Best nerd box I have received from the ones I have tried with different companies.

My experience was smooth sailing and hassle free, the product i received was perfect and the quality was better than expected. I will be purchasing more in the future and would recommend others to do the same

I pre ordered this box with the expected delivery of 30 Sep with its bonus gift. After numerous attempts to contact them via the website I had no joy so I came here and found a email address. In fairness Chris did reply quickly to my emails citing customs issues. This is fine and understandable but no updates were given on fb or the Web page which would have stopped people's complaints. The items themselves were 2 t shirts of low quality the hat I love and the 2 coasters are very cool. 30 quid for the box of supposive 50 quid value I don't think so and no bonus gift. 3 weeks to deliver my advice is if you don't mind waiting go for it but I won't be using them again

first of all the product was received over two weeks later than the advertised shipping date which was a massive disappointment.

when the items finally arrived I was even more disappointed by its contents. the items are not worth the price paid for the box and will not be used.
the t-shirts are a poor quality and are sized odd making them un-wearable. the snapback hat is ridiculous too. No one in their right mind would wear this in public.
the drink coaster are good. this is the only product I liked in the box.

overall I was expecting more items in the box with a better range of items.

the box too was just a plain cardboard box. I was expecting a design of some sort.

I will not be buying for from nerdmerch again due to the late delivery and poor items. I will also be asking for compensation for this joke of a product.

I prefer feeling sad about the quality of product.. they are LOW quality so much.
