After Six months or longer of waiting for a Zelda Cosplay Hoodie from Pre order I have received nothing and was just told that there will not ever be any more to be shipped out. Not sure how that happens when I had to give money just to be on the pre order list. So If I pay money to be on a pre order list and then get told I wasn't ordered one, Is that not fraud? Do I have a lawsuit on my hands? Be warned... I am not dealing with this
un-establishment ever again.

Bought these jackets for my girlfriend and I so we could match, thought they were going to have leather sleeves instead of just being a sweater jackets, but they still it look great, just like the pictures and we love them. True to size, fits like a glove.

Great value products, good discounts, and fantastic customer service! Got sent a duplicate tee and when I contacted them they said they'll send out a replacement one!

Got the jacket a little later than expected, however an email to check where it was and I got a very apologetic reply in the same day.

The jacket is awesome and the graphics on the back look great.

I ordered the suicide squad 1 & 2 mystery boxes at completely different times. So when I received the exact same items in the second box I sent an email.

For order XXXXX the suicide squad 2.0 box I received the same mouse pad and coasters as I did in a previous order, which was the “first” suicide squad mystery box you had. The web site claimed it was ALL new stuff. How can you make this right?

It’s been ANOTHER two weeks and I still have not heard anything from the warehouse OR received anything in the post….

Had trouble with the tracking but apart from thet happy

It took about two to three weeks just to get my email about my order being ready to ship out, & on top of that I still haven't received my order so I can say much more but just I've waited for weeks already & still nothing

The merchandise is brilliant and great quality, will be purchasing again very soon. Would reccomend to everyone

Ordered a Marvel sweatshirt, got a Marvel sweatshirt, in less than 2 days!

I was expecting some Netflix Marvel's Daredevil shirts because the photo that was presented in the listing had the Marvel's Daredevil character on there. So I was a little disappointed, but classic Daredevil was good. The box was plain and white, I was hoping for a little something something like Nerd Block or Loot Crate. It was just a box of apparel and coasters, I was hoping for a trinket here and there but to be honest, I was a little underwhelmed by my unboxing.

He was a fast responder who wanted the best for me as well as the company. He understands my point of view and which was best to get that. He made sure I knew what was happening. Top man and employee.

Delivery is signed for and comes quick no problem.
Trying to get in touch to return items seems impossible, I used the on-site 'Contact Us' and then an email direct to their help email address. Had no reply since sending them on 10th September, almost a week ago.

I ordered on this website as it said 2 days till dispatch then another 2 for delivery, this was 6 days ago and my parcel still hasn't even been dispatched, I have tried to contact them, no one answers the phone and have sent about 30 emails with no reply, I brought up a PayPal dispute however they have put the wrong email for a completely different company so you can't even dispute the case, complete scam

I still have not received one of my orders, they said 4-5 business days and it's been 2 weeks. But what they have is cool, and they have alot of great products. I got a shirt from them it was awesome. That arrived on time.
