Good and nice stuf... chers!!!!!

Having purchased from these guys 22 days ago, I'm still yet to receive anything from them. They also have not responded to my Paypal dispute as yet. Real shame.

I have ordered two items from this site, the first mystery t-shirt bundle and the second a combined order of a hoodie and t-shirt. The first order arrived with no issue and I was happy with the products, the second however I have had multiple issues with. The first being the dispatch of the order, which was placed on a Monday, and despite the claim of 48-hour delivery was not dispatched until the Friday of that week. Second, the hoodie I had ordered, pictured as a zip up jacket arrived as a pullover, with no description of the product stating that it would be this way. I have been since trying to contact the company regarding this issue yet they have so far ignored three emails and repeated phones calls which say that there is no one to answer the phone. The customer service is appalling. Finally, I have tried to cancel an order from the company, but due to the policy of having to make contact to do so, I have been unable for the same reasons listed above.

In summary, the t-shirts I have received have been of good quality however the correct fulfilment of orders and customer service is terrible. I doubt I will place another order with this company unless my issues are resolved and an apology for the current service is issued. Currently would not recommend.

I ordered two mystery boxes which arrived on the same day so I was pleased with that. However, one of the boxes had the wrong size order in. I've found other use for it but I was appalled by the absence of communication. I e-mailed the help address (at the bottom of the FAQ page) and still nobody has gotten back to me.

Took a two days longer then I would of liked but otherwise great buy.

Ordered a Star Wars Mystery box. Ordered similar things from other companies in the past and been happy with the selection of stuff. Not this time. 3 t-shirts, an apron and two coasters. That's it. Normally a mystery box contains all sorts like key rings, hats, lanyards, pens and all sorts of other little nick nacks and stuff.

No impressed and wont be ordered from here again.

I ordered a jacket a month ago and still havent recieved it or even confirmation that it has shipped.

I've ordered 3 times from Nerd Merch now and I'm very happy with everything I've received. The items are brilliant quality, and I'd definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

I ordered a jacket a month ago and I haven't had no word on it is shipped. It's been since 8/9. It coming to USA. But I don't understand why no one is telling me anything about my order

Waited weeks after purchase for the status for their delivery because the business does NOT properly tell you he status. Whether it's being prepared or shipped or goin' to be shipped after preparation. I made contact 3 times and they finally told me they were goin' to ship it. This business does not offer live tracking although it pretends to by sending a map in its emails. Won't buy from them ever again. Still waiting on delivery and it's been several weeks now. No communication in between.

Second box I've ordered from Nerd Merch, loads of cool stuff inside!

Recently I purchased the 4 star wars T shirt bundle however 2 were the same T Shirt which is not what was shown in the ad. 4 different T Shirts would have been better.

Ordered both a mystery deadpool and joker box, the deadpool tshirts were underwelming as well as the joker box which cam with 2 tshirts and joker mouse mat and coasters. Didnt feel all that was worth the price.

I was so pleased with the box, I got 2 t-shirts, cap, mouse map, and 3x coasters. That's so much more than you usually get in other branded boxes. The quality was great too. Overall, very happy!

Where to start?
Ordered at the start of August didn't arrive until the end of the month. Contacted the company roughly four times I got one reply.
Then it did arrive and I was very pleased with what I received. One Punisher tshirt, One Daredevil tshirt, one of each logo on a coasters, got a Punisher apron which I was very pleased to open and last but not least a Daredevil dish towel which is hanging next to my Captain America dish I received at the start of the year. Only downfall is when you get everything out of the packets they stink to high heaven. Don't know if because they're stored in the plastic or some other reason but I had to wash the tshirts before use. Giving a 4/5 stars due to late arrival and the smell of the merchandise

All the items I have received are of great quality and price both clothing and collectable's , love this site!

It's been over two weeks now and my items haven't shipped out I emailed them and they told me the items would be shipped in the next 24-48 hours well that didn't happen I emailed them aging they said it will be shipped at the end of the week well guess what that did happen emailed them again and now I get no reply this site seems just like a scam site
