I bought some tshirts, firstly I was sent 2 the same just different colours which was a little annoying. Secondly, they are not bad for £5 each, I don't think they'll last a great deal of washes but pretty cheap and cheerful, comparable to primark tshirts on quality.

The jacket is perfect fit I'm a size 12 and the medium was perfect, the quality of the jacket is awesome, it has the hole in one of the pockets for your earphone wire to go through which I love them jackets it's a AWDis jacket which are awesome if you listen to music on the go as much as me 😁😁

I have made several purchases from Nerd Merch and every time I've received top quality products in good time.

T shirts arrived in a couple of days and were good quality, an absolute bargain for a fiver each.

Received my t-shirts in good time although the choice I was sent wasn't as pleasing as I hoped with 2 of the shirts being very similar in design. I suppose you get what you pay for though.

Quite possibly the poorest customer service I have ever experienced.

I purchased some items recently as nerd merch had some very attractive discounts on bank holiday Monday in August, I purchased 3 different mystery boxes and a few other items as I thought I was getting a great deal.
Received the items 4 days later, decent delivery turnaround and they had emailed me to tell me what had been dispatched.
That is where the positives end. The mystery boxes are sold on the basis that they are completely random but all 3 boxes had almost the exact same types of items (2 t-shirts, drink coasters, mouse mat and a tea towel in 2 boxes, a hat in the other. This left me with a bit of a bad taste as I assume the idea for nerd merch is people would buy more of these boxes from them but the items were nothing special and stuff like mouse mats are really out dated, never mind being sent 3 of them.
That obviously is a chance you take with a mystery box, so maybe that is my fault but never the less, it's still something that is quite poor from a customers perspective.
In 2 of the boxes, they featured items that was not with the theme of the box, for example, in a dc comics box it had a marvel comics t-shirt in it, in the flash box it had items from arrow.
When I emailed nerd merch about the order, I got a response pretty quickly but rather than respond to my email with any detail, I just got told I could exchange / refund and the address I would need to send to. No apology was included for messing the order up.
I replied to the email with further questions and I received no response.

I emailed them again this week (3 days ago), again, no response.

I have tried to call them about 100 times and not once has it gone through to someone to speak to.

I emailed them again today, again, they have not got back to me.

The other items in the order I have still yet to receive and according to the tracking email, they have not even been dispatched. Nerd merch have not updated me on this and obviously I have included this in my emails to them but they have thus far ignored me.

Nerd merch have however emailed me about 12 times since I received my items with discount codes for me to use and asking for my feedback.

I would say the word DISGUSTED is appropriate.

Nerdmerch operated last year as Bay 57, could not fulfill the majority of their orders, filed for bankruptcy so they did not have to process reimbursements, then reopened this year as Nerdmerch. How do I know? I was one of the unlucky ones for whom they ruined Christmas (yes, that's an exaggeration, but it was extremely annoying and not a small about of £ that we lost out on). They have now started spamming my inbox with ads for the exact same products from Nerdmerch, which is why I'm leaving this review. Perhaps they have reworked their business plans and can actually fulfill orders this year, but I wouldn't risk it.

The store's website was nice and easy to navigate, as well as good and quick shipping.

Ordered 2 mystery boxes. One for me and one for my son. Was pleased with my son's box. 4 great shirts and he was very pleased too. I was mostly happy. The one fly in the ointment was I had 2 out the 4 shirts were exactly the same. Saying that a swift delivery service and some great designs and the mystery boxes are a great idea.

I took advantage of a couple of discounts that essentially halved the overall price of the deadpool mystery box.
The arrival was super fast, cannot fault that at all.
Only little bit of disappointment I got was from the items I received. The tees were great, liked the coasters and mouse mat too. Apron was okay, but that was it. I was hoping for a figurine of some kind, had that been in there, or something else along those sort of lines, then it would have been a 5 star experience all round.
Like I say, I saved a lot with the discounts, so I got value for my money at that point. But had I paid full price I would have been a lot more disappointed.

Ordered a pack of 4 T-Shirts as a first transaction.

They turned up promptly, the t-shirts are good quality, the sizing seems good, labels suggest they are genuine.

Will be using again.

I ordered a Deadpool mystery box and a mystery pick of Star Wars t-shirts. The products arrived quickly and were good quality and a great selection. I liked the range of items and the prices are reasonable. They kept me up to date on the progress of my order so I knew when my items were shipped. It was my first time shopping with them and I will definitely be shopping at this store again!
