Peace of mind with a great team

Mortgage Experience with Nesto
My experience was great. As soon as I was connected with a mortgage advisor (Karin Khanna) the experience was quick and easy to understand. If I had questions my advisor answered them quickly and thoroughly. In addition, Karun always answered my calls or got back to me very quickly. Nesto paid and transferred funds to my legal team on time with no delays. The only part of my experience that I would have liked to be quicker would be getting connected with a mortgage advisor sooner. It took a while for pre approval to be processed. Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend using Nesto.

Buying a house can be stressful and also confusing at time because it is not something we do often. I called my representatives many times. They both always took my calls without ever showing exasperation. They were very comforting by providing very explicit and detailed answers to every single question I asked. Nakita Narayan and Alcindo Vicente made my mortgage renewal simple and stress-free!
I contacted a number of mortgage brokers in the weeks before my mortgage was due for renewal and nobody got back to me. Within minutes of posting an inquiry online to Nesto, Nakita Narayan, a Licenced Mortgage Advisor, contacted me and we discussed mortgage options to tailor a mortgage to suit my needs. I uploaded a few documents and within a day I received my I initial approval. Alcindo Vicente, Mortgage Processor, took over from there to help me upload all the required paperwork to process and finalize my mortgage. Once everything was finalized, they arranged for a lawyer, Martino Cavaleri, to come to my house to go over the mortgage agreement with me and for me to sign. Nakita stayed in touch by text and email and was quick to respond when I contacted her and answered all of my questions. The whole process was relatively seamless and from start to finish took three weeks. The virtual processing and having the mobile lawyer meant I didn’t have to leave my home to get this done. Nakita and Alcindo were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process.

Superb Customer Service
Karun & Alcindo are very knowledgeable, both provided me with a quick assistance to get my mortgage renewal process easily and smoothly. I really like how fast to get a hold of them directly eighter the phone or email compare to other lenders. It seems like a scam
It seems like a scam. I believe their underwriters are outsourced to a country where they don't even know the difference between a T1 and a T4 form.
They kept asking for my T1, and I kept explaining to them that it's the T4 form that gets issued by an employer, and based on that, we file taxes in Canada.
They even asked me to log in to the CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) website and get the T1, but how is that possible? There's no trace of a T1 because employees of an organization receive a T4.
This request kept repeating for 2 days, and in the end, I had to give up. Unfortunately, I had to deal with an unprofessional agent from India who, I believe, was not even trained on customer obsession.
He wouldn't even respond to calls. Seriously? Is this how you treat your customers?

A T1 form is a summary of all income taxes paid to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). All Canadians are required to file this form, which declares all income generated during the specified calendar year.

Great transparency
We switched from Multi-prêt to Nesto and it was for the better. We've talked at multiple time with the Nesto agents to be sure too understand every part of the engagement, penalties, etc. and they always tooled the time to do soo.
The app feels more secure when transferring documents than and they were really helpful with our situation.
