Very Helpful staff a real credit to the store. Would have been 5 stars but strings on guitar were rusty - free strings helped though.

I love Nevada and the amount of choice you get from there. My only discontent is when as an amateur you go in for advice, you can be made to feel a little intimidated by the staff. They assume you know why they are talking about and getting information can be a bit tedious. We have been made to feel on occasion a little stupid.
We continue to go back as the range of goods is unbeatable locally. But do feel the staff could have a little more training in customer service and making everyone feel just as ok as the next

The staff were extremely helpful when helping our 14 year old son decide upon a suitable guitar. Upon final purchase a discount was given on several accessories. The guitar was given a final polish before being carefully packed into its box. Overall an excellent experience.

I have been using Nevada for a number of years and have always had excellent service and honest opinions and help from the staff.
Nevada keep a large and varied stock of all that you may need for your music.

I bought a Roland electronic drum kit in July - was left to try it out with no pressure or hassle. Was not pressured to go for the more expensive version which in the end I chose.

Went back more recently for a drum monitor having tried one unsuccessfully elsewhere. I explained my requirements to the sales assistant who said I think I've got just what you need - and I've been using it ever since.

I knew I wanted a Roland piano. The really excellent video presentation convinced me I needed the the FP50. I asked for advice on accessories and amplifier etc.and was promptly offered five quotations for different options, supported by obviously knowledgable comments. I ordered my chosen option and received it on time. There were other e-mail and phone communications during this transaction, all of which were handled with the most prompt, courteous and efficient service. It is difficult to see how on-line business can be conducted any better. I am an ex-jazzband pianist, age 76, and VERY IMPRESSED with the gear and the service.

bought a new les paul type guitar case (kinsman),no problem.member of staff found it for me straight away.i bought a gibson les paul lpj about two years ago,at a very good price.to be honest i'd never seen one cheaper.
many moons ago (1978?) i bought a fender twin reverb,brand new,from telecomms,north end,for £375.00! those were the days.
