superb!! great service, staff very polite on the telephone and very quick delivery. The item I bought (a boss js10) was described by 'Nevada Music' as being 'used item- showing little signs of use'. when it arrived it was better than described, still boxed and in excellent condition and in perfect working order. Delighted by the service received, I'd recommend them and would definitely deal with them again.

Bought online from Nevada on several occasions over the last few years and they have always delivered very quickly. Last order was for a jumbo guitar case placed late Sunday evening and received early Tuesday morning, securely wrapped and in pristine condition. Many thanks for excellent service!
