I’m new to this brand

I’m new to this brand but was blown away by the beautiful designs and colours. Found the most fabulous dress for a summer wedding. Delighted by the quality of the product and the packaging was equally above average. Will recommend to friends and family

My dress was exactly as described

My dress was exactly as described, a lovely thick cotton and finished to perfection. The delivery was really quick and I am very pleased with the whole experience and will shop with Never Fully Dressed again.

Dress is stunning and I love it 💖…

Dress is stunning and I love it 💖 downside is the packaging for delivery, as it comes in a bag, it was totally creased/crumpled so completely unwearable until steamed, I ended up taking it to get professionally steamed due to the fabric and cut of the dress.

Outrageous returns policy

I kept one item (pencil denim skirt), which I love. I decided to return a cardigan. I use NFD quite often. I don’t remember being so disgruntled with their returns process. A credit note would have been at full price. The return was not free, but the monetary refund which I opted for was discounted yet further. Outrageous! I will definitely think very carefully before ordering from NFD again! I most likely will not shop online with them again. Such a shame.
