Ordered a replacement laptop battery which due to my own poor planning I had to cancel. Company couldn't have been more helpful. Responded to my email and refunded my payment without quibble and within 24 hours. Would certainly use them again.

easy to find the right part, Company also checks they are sending the correct item, by good communication.
Reasonably priced, and even though they are in China, quite a good delivery time. Afterwards, a check all happy, and even an offer to pay any customs charges, but the were not any. Very good experience, and would use again.

I had an amazing experience dealing with this company. They are very professional and accommodating in the way they deal with their customers. Easy ordering for replacement laptop battery
I'm very happy with the Lenovo laptop replacement battery that I ordered. Shipping did take about 3 weeks but customer service kept in contact with me and patience won over when it arrived in great condition. Installation tools were included and it was easy to replace. I will order here again the next time I need another battery.

Good Replacement
Battery was packaged well for shipping and fitted my application perfectly. Laptop battery performance was restored to 100%. Longevity remains to be seen, but I am optimistic given the performance so far.
