Their pizzas used to be nice back in the days, now they are just a disgusting greasy piece of dough with something burned on top. And to top it off that they are expensive.

Never ever ever ever ..... ever again!

Pizzas never arrived. Nobody picked up the telephone. No clue where our pizzas are...

I ordered a lasagna last night,said if would be 15 mins as had to cook twice,am guessing it was frozen. Lasagna arrived after 20 mins the garlick bread was a solid lump of dough and as for the lasagna I have never been as I'll I'm my life, stomach cramps being sick all night,I did not have anything else all day so it must have been that maybe defrosted and not eaten and frozen again.Never again

Absolutely terrible.
The shape of meal looks like pizza, nothing else.
For the price that this people value their product we should recognise pizza, instead they deliver each time different meal even the name of my order didn't change.
Even hungry like a wolf, I couldn't eat half of it. Luckily, I had some chips.

Very very bad service
Ordered only one pizza delivered 90 minute after 90 minute i got 💩 but not pizza I ordered spicy 🌶 they cooked just with sweet chili my guest was laughing is it pizza or cake gel . just one hapje eaten the rest through away. i paid 14 euro just for one pizza so expensive and the result was 💩 i can not believe this , never ever order again

terrible. unfriendly and aggressive manager. coming at this westerpark shop already since openingsday, but never again. very rude shop manager.

Buffalo chicken pizza met een swirl van pittige saus. Hele pizza was overgoten met de saus was niet te eten. Proefde verder niks meer van de hele pizza.
Ook zat er geen bbq saus op zoals gevraagd.

Gebeld en konden me niet helpen want dat hoorde zo.

Nooit meer hier een pizza!!

Tasteless and almost always lukewarm, not recommended (that was my review from a year ago). We think, that will be solved now (now is August 2021) they deliver 40 minutes before the agreed time, guests are not there yet so everything cold, top. Do you think they learn anything? Today 10-09-2021 ordered again and (!) in the comments indicated "guys last time it was a fXXked-up please now normally on time". What do you think? Just delivered too early again.....never ever order your food from New York Pizza, guarantee it will go wrong (based on 3 experiences!)

The app is incredibly bad. Every time we choose a very pizza and change the ingredients it will not appear in the cart. Every time creating a veggy pizza turns out to be a waste of time. And when building up a pizza from scratch we are not able to add veggy tuna. Also just repeating a previous ordered pizza is not a possibility. I really don't understand who made ( and tested ! ) that crappie app. Moving to the online environment shows other (less) offers. Against knowing better we have tried to order a few times. Always ending up in stressful situations while you try to have an easy bite. And even the taste of New York Pizza is not the best.

We now did the most smart thing: we deleted our account, we deleted the app.

I have been a costumer for many years, so I guess it's time for a review. First I ordered many times in Leiden, then Hellevoetsluis and also Eindhoven. Let's start with the delivery. In Leiden I lived at the ninth floor, but almost everytime the pizza was delivered at the door, I loved that. Also, most of the times delivery is right on time. Last Saturday I ordered for 18:30, I was called twice to say that they're a little later, which in the end meant that the pizza was delivered at 18:37, so no big deal. They felt guilty anyway, and offered me a free pizza to make things right! Which brings me to their costumer treatment, which I think is excellent. Once you ordered, they send you very nice offers, and they send you actual offers that safe a lot of money and without any weird conditions, so again, two thumbs up.
Last but not least, I must have ordered already 50 times or so, and the quality of the pizza was excellent, every single time. The only thing they deliver cold is the ice cream if you side-order it.
So from me, this company receives the maximum amount of points.

first of all 1 1/2 hour to deliver 2 pizzas is quite a long time! I call the local branch twice! the first a guy told me the he shall look out what is going on with my order and he will call me back and let me know(he didn't) On my second call he told me that the order is on the way and within 15min will be delivered. Not even to think to say one sorry for the delay! And what was this sachet of iceberg lettuce that you have include with the pizzas? Honestly i throw it on the garbage! Too bad i don't have a rabbit on my garden! that was a way to say a sorry? my 3 years old son he was asking where is the pizza dad !!! Come to my position dear New York pizza!!!

Overall, The Pizza we get from our local New York Pizza is good. Sadly I have noticed this is different compared to others. But overall it is tasty. Allows enough different kind of edits on a pizza. Good delivery. I would order from my local New York Pizza again.

I always order here and I never have complaints. The other day I had to wait an hour for my pizza, its not the norm, the pizza was great when it arrived and I did not complain. Just got an email with an apology AND a code for a for a free pizza! Totally unexpected you guys and ur pizzas are GREAT!

Their deliveries can arrive from 30 minutes earlier to 30 minutes late. Do I have to stay home to wait and do nothing for a pizza? does it make sense? In the while I cannot even employ my tome in a useful manner by going to the supermarket or taking a shower because I don’t know when it will arrive.
I was stuck at home today waiting for a pizza and I couldn’t get out and do my things.
This is not just a bad service but it shows that they don’t care about their customers time and they expect people to throw away their time by sitting and doing nothing for an hour just for a pizza.

Service is the worst I ever saw.
I sent many emails and every time i got an respons that they wil contact me within 24 hours .....4 months and many automated emails later nobody contacted me.

We ordered 4 pizzas online almost 3 hours ago and they still have not been delivered. It's a shame and we're very disappointed with the service. We will not recommend New York pizza to anyone.

Weak service, arguing about my postal code, lol. Pizza's arrived half hour late and one was tasteless and like a rubber, other eatable, but could do better...
