Bad service at New York Pizza
My friend and I came to New York Pizza at the one at Maz Euweplain on Friday, 12/7/2019 in the afternoon around 5 PM. We ordered pizza and pasta total cost €25,90.
Later kn we order 2 bottles of water then canceled to one bottle due to its expensive price (€3,25/ bottle). The waitress (a young man with Arabic accent) seemed very upset with this cancellation and complained to his friend while he was cutting a pizza using a knife with an angry action at the same time looking at me. I asjed him what’s wrong. He was even getting more angryand acted so impolite toward us as customers. With his action I said I could call a police. The other senior friend of him was trying talking to him and calm him down. Instead he was being calmed he went outside and starring at us ( at me especially) in front of many other customers there.
With my experience above, i would strongly recommend to all of people who read this message, not to go to New York Pizza. Not only the food is considered expensive. But, they do not have good standard and proper service to customers.
I would also suggest to the New York Pizza to really consider that man to work at the restaurant!!

Disgusted and disappointed
Not only did I order and pay for my pizza yesterday (April 3, order number 2019-14629511) but I never received it. I tried to find a way to communicate my complaint but it was late and I left it. Actually I wouldn’t have bothered but through the app I was able to call the local store. The moron on the other side not only told me it was my fault!!! But tried to convince me of it. I don’t believe New York Pizza should be embarrassed of not delivering the pizza but hiring employees like the one that answered my call (April 4, 21:15) and not instilling common decency or some customer service skills is sad. Of course they will never get my business again, shame on you!

Pizza no show after 90 minutes.
They are always at least an hour but this was the worst ever.
And so expensive - 53 euro for pizza for 4 people.
Order here if you want expensive, slow pizza. Asssuming it shows up at alll.
