Bought a pair of boots for my son. 60euro and they are pure crap. I would compare them to the feel of a plastic milk carton. Nikes quality has gone down big time. I buy all nike boots but going by the... See more

I am writing this review to express my extreme frustration with Nike’s recent lack of professional standards and customer care. Despite being a loyal customer, my recent experience has been completely unacceptable.
I have faced the following significant issues:
Poor Product Quality: The items I received were defective and did not meet the quality standards expected from a brand like Nike.
Lack of Support: I have attempted to resolve this through standard customer service channels multiple times, but I have been met with scripted responses and no actual resolution.
Refund Delays: I am still waiting for a refund for the item due to return issues - nike refuse to send a QR generated code to take to the Post Office. instead they insist I travel 1.5hours to take it to a Nike store.
It is disappointing to see a global leader fail so significantly in basic consumer support. I have now been forced to escalate this matter to the executive office. I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering directly from the website until these systemic service issues are fixed.
Variety and selection of items was fine...BUT...
Variety and the selection of items was good, as was the member of staff helping me to get m shopping together and sorted.St6aff were on very helpful -
BUT WHY? Do they not push joining the app for customer benefits?? I knew nor thought about Nike apps as a busy, professional who has little time for researching such things unless looking to purchase.
I was as actually going to JD Sports where I knew my purchases gave me points and perks, But they were closed (close down?? refurbishment?? I don't know!) SoI ended up in Nike town and spent close to £400 in one visit and WAS NOT told about nor invited to join the app whilst staff spent a good while helping me to choose an outfit, sneakers and a cap.
I did not know until 3 days after wheh my daughter advised me, that there was a way for that purchase to be of benefit to me other than when it was on my body!!
GUTTED! - that was a fair amount of points!.
Other stores have staff who punch on you on entry with that information or bombard you as you enter or have QR codes staff who where...maybe it's see different departments, verbally and visually.
Any signs concerning the app were just were not displayed or relayed well enough. Staff promotion of the app was nil. As a mature member of society, apps are not my first natural thought I did not grow uo in the technical era ) and so I AM the target market for these things.
Getting my well-earned points on this would have made my GOOD experience in store , a GREAT experience with NIKE... but hey!
Repeated Quality Issue – Three Pairs Failed the Same Way
I have trusted Nike products for many years and have always associated the brand with quality and performance. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been very disappointing.
I purchased three different pairs of Nike tennis shoes, and all three developed the same issue after a relatively short period of use. All three pairs developed the same sole separation in the same area, which strongly suggests a recurring manufacturing or quality problem.
When customers invest in a well-known brand like Nike, they expect durability and consistent quality. Experiencing the same failure across multiple pairs is frustrating and raises concerns about product quality control.
I hope Nike takes this feedback seriously and reviews this issue. Loyal customers appreciate the brand and simply expect products that live up to the reputation Nike has built over the years.
Terrible store
BAD QUALITY AF1
I thought, Air Force 1 we’re supposed to be of good quality. The Vietnamese made ones are pretty pathetic. The stitches fall apart after about one month of use.. they even didn’t look good straight out of the box
Poor service
I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks to get a refund processed for an order and no one is being helpful. The item has arrived in their warehouse and it’s been 10 days still waiting. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with and I don’t feel valued as a customer who has spent thousands of pounds with this company.
I forget how much I hate Nike CS, then they remind me
I always forget how much I hate dealing with Nike customer service but this is a new low.
Added some trainers to my basket and wanted some shoes for my son too but needed to check his size so waited till the afternoon to check and bought them later.
The 'dyanmic pricing' when I checked out (3 hours after i'd added to basket) increased the shoe price by 30% in my basket - didn't realise, added my sons shoes and checked out.
I realised - when I saw the amount on the e-mail - contacted them 30 minutes after purchase.
They wouldn't honour the price - fine - cancel the order? No, i'd missed the 15 minute cancellation window to cancel the order.
Obvioulsy their scum bag policy hoping people don't bother to send them back - or if they go out this month then thats next months problem. Trash company with worse customer service. At least the call centre employee following the script shared that my shoes were a great choice and that her son had a pair too! Thanks Nike.
Yeah, he probably made them. Trash company, Phil Knight would be rolling around in his intercourse bunker on Epstein island.

I have made a few choices of men's clothes and trainers for running and leisure, I'm really impressed with the choice and selection of products, I am an avid fan of Nike products everything to do with Nike and I have always loved the slogan 'JUST DO IT.' It is just my love of Nike really I will always support the franchise.
In Aurora Ohio
In Aurora Ohio, they have an assistant manager who uses her position to sleep with team members and get gift from coworkers. She has done this with minimum 4 men, including one she had a child with, another she kept stating she wanted to start a family with/make him leave his family, and another she would use for things she needed and maybe couldn't get. this manager has been there for years, continues to get promoted and she continues to get these coworkers FIRED with LIES when she is done with them. She also makes racial remarks outloud on the floor and to employees. she talks negatively about her own management team to her coworkers who are below her. this is disgusting.
Customer service is a joke
Customer service is a joke. For reasons unknown to me my order was processed twice. I realized this 1 hour after I placed the order. Called customer service and since I didn't call within 30 minutes, they wont cancel my order. I told them I didn't place the order 2 times for the same exact thing. Also the totals were different. For the same things. There is no talking to them. They dont know what they are doing. I asked for a manager to call me but have yet to get that call. I will never order from nike again. I have to wait until order #2 comes in, then call them back and send that order back, then wait on my refund. Ridiculous!
Bad customer service from Nike
I ordered a pair of trainers from Nike and what arrived was a plain cardboard box filled with packs of paper and card. It was also wrapped in a clear plastic Royal Mail sack tied with a cable tie, so it had obviously been damaged or tampered with in transit. I contacted Nike five times and sent three different photos with evidence of what I’d actually received, but they refused to give me a refund, saying there was confirmation that the package had been delivered ‘with the item in it’. Complaints just hit a brick wall with this company - daylight robbery!

Still have not heard back from customer service! 6 chats and 3 calls to Nike customer service.
The worse customer service in my entire sports career, clueless staff, no idea of multiple delivery issues after several mentioned in our several conversations after nearly 4 hours on chat & on phone, staff had no idea after 7 in depth explanations concerning multiple purchasing issues, more importantly informing me I am a United Kingdom resident which is totally false. I will continue to leave negative reviews until my issues are corrected. Absolutely unacceptable at all levels at Nike.

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at the Nike Factory Store Changi City Point and often recommend it to friends because the staff there are helpful, knowledgeable, and always attentive to customers.
Unfortunately, my visit to the Nike Factory Store IMM today was a stark contrast. Several staff members were constantly gathered chatting among themselves while the sales floor felt unattended.
I’m sharing this because I know Nike stores can deliver excellent service, as demonstrated at Changi City Point. I hope the team at IMM can improve the customer experience.
DPD Lost My Shoes, Nike’s Solution? Useless Refund
I can’t believe how Nike handled this. My limited edition sneakers were lost by DPD and there’s literally no way to get them back — even afterwards, there’s no solution for recovering the shoes.
Instead of even trying to help, Nike just refunded me through the Sneaker App without warning — I only found out via email. A 15% off for my next purchase? Really? That doesn’t come close to replacing a shoe that now sells for almost twice the original price.
This isn’t the first time DPD has lost valuable deliveries — my brother had the same problem, and I’ve had parcels arrive with boxes clearly opened. Please, Nike, don’t pretend you don’t see this ongoing issue. Why keep using a carrier that repeatedly fails your customers?
The lack of communication, the useless refund, and the choice of a clearly unreliable carrier shows that Nike doesn’t actually care about customers who spend hundreds on limited releases. No wonder the sneaker community is shrinking and it’s not as hype as it used to be a few years ago.
Satisfied Customer
I really like your product, it's always so classy and sporty.
Kobe shoes shouldn’t be this limited.
As a short girly
As a short girly, it's rare to find a shoes that fits my size and quality is okay. Delivery just took a little long almost didn't made it to the event.
