Big time cheaters

Big time cheaters! They take your money and then call and tell you that we don't have the ordered flowers. When you ask for refund they say they can't do it... Never ever order from them

Scam.

Scam.

Did not deliver my order, and now are refusing to give me a refund.
They claim the order was delivered, then said it will be delivered the next day and still didn't deliver, now they'r denying a refund.

Also terrible communication, customer care numbers are impossible to get through, email responses are slow.

Worst ever service

Worst ever service. No response from the customer service. They responded only before placing order. Since then they neglecting messages, not answering call. Paid etra 350 for delivery.

Completely disappointed. Please Avoid…

Completely disappointed with this flower delivery service. Despite booking two days in advance for a 9am-1pm slot, the bouquet arrived at 8pm—a 6-hour delay. Customer service was clueless and only realized there was an issue after I followed up. To make matters worse, they offered a measly 10% discount voucher instead of a refund, despite the gift's purpose being completely ruined. The audacity to expect me to use their service again after this incompetence is shocking. Avoid.

Extremely BAD service.They did not deliver at all.I had to phone them up and finally some old bouquet of drooping roses were delivered.its a disgrace for me sending such flowers.Iam sure the recipient would have felt bad getting such a bouquet.
They charged me an extra Rs 200 for Delivery at the preferred time and alas,it wasn't even delivered till late afternoon.I have asked them to immediately refund the Rs 200/- ,since they have NOT kept up the timing.
It's a BOGUS website...DO NOT order again from that place

I ordered flowers from Nikkiflowers and…

I ordered flowers from Nikkiflowers and had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. The flowers arrived looking limp, wilted and nothing like what was advertised. I took a video within minutes of delivery and sent it to them, but instead of acknowledging the issue they sent me photos supposedly proving the flowers were “fresh” — taken outside a house that wasn’t even mine.

I tried contacting the third-party supplier who fulfilled the order (over two hours away, apparently delivered by bike). They were rude, dismissive, and blamed me for ordering online. The situation escalated when the supplier’s husband called, and after hearing I was English, told me to “keep my accent to myself.” Completely unprofessional and frankly discriminatory. After messaging me again in a condescending tone and then accusing me of making false claims, I blocked him.

Throughout this whole situation Nikkiflowers have neither apologised nor taken responsibility. Their only concern has been justifying themselves to avoid issuing a refund, insisting the flowers were “fresh on delivery.”

Poor product, terrible customer service, and unacceptable behaviour from the supplier they choose to represent their business. I would strongly advise others to avoid.

I have ordered online bouquet on…

I have ordered online bouquet on 10/01/2026 and i clearly mentioned that ,gift should be delivered by 4.30 PM on 11/01/2026. They said ok , i ordered, payment done and i asked for customisation, they agreed. Unfortunately what they delivered is entirely different what i selected from their menu. Even they charged for delivery. They didnt delivered on correct time. So i contacted them.But their response was quiet disappointing. They said ,they will deliver ASAP. Very poor customer service.

They are big scammers and everything posted on their website is a lie. Its not free shipping and its not express delivery either. When questioned about order delivery they stopped responding to my calls or messsages so I am guessing my order will not get delivered. Such horrible people who can take someone's hard earned money. Please do not order from this website. AND DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY HAVE ADVERTISED! ITS A HUGE SCAM.

They advertised its free shipping but…

They advertised its free shipping but they charged at the end, that is okay I don’t mind such things, but the only reason i ordered this is to surprise my wife(back home in kerala), and they delivered the order 5 hours delay… it truly made me disappointed. Also when i contacted them via whatsapp they just casually said.. it will be 3 hours delay.. without any apology..or anything.. and they delivered delaying further 2 more hours.. also they will not update the status properly in their website .you have to constantly ask them in whatsapl… where is order…?? Is it going to deliver or not???truly disappointed..

Don't buy online from Nikki Flower site...fraud company

I have order the rose bouquet for my anniversary online and these peole have attempted delivery late at night beyond there accepted time and now blaming me for not receiving the order. There are highly unprofessional in their serive and they don't pick up your calls and even if the pick your calls, they say your delivery be there in 15 mins but no delivery made even 1 hr has passed. They don't have any reason of the delay, when I called delivery boy, he said he had picked up my order 2 hrs prior and will take another 1 hr. They ruin my anniversary completely and denying the refund. This company is fraud and fooling customer.

It was truly surprise gift for my wife.
Cake was also tasty.
Overall I would recommend it to all my friends and family.
