I ordered a gift for my husband from…

I ordered a gift for my husband from Nikkiflower, but unfortunately the items delivered were not correct. The cake, bouquet, and card did not match what I had ordered. I was also asked to pay an additional amount, which was unexpected. Overall, I am disappointed with the service

There's no responsibility

There's no responsibility. Products don't arrive on time. Service isn't good, and communication is terrible. They don't contact clients after payment. I found it very unpleasant. Please improve this, they don't understand anyone's emotions.

Unreliable Service and Mismatched Items

I ordered from Nikki Flowers today and had a very disappointing experience. My order was booked for the 5–7 PM delivery slot, but it was delivered only at 9:10 PM, completely ruining the purpose of the gift.

To make things worse, the teddy bear delivered was totally different from the one shown in the product picture. The quality and appearance were not what I paid for.

Buyers should be very careful when ordering from this site, especially if you are expecting timely delivery or accurate products. This experience has been quite frustrating, and I will not be ordering from Nikki Flowers again unless they improve their service.

Unprofessional and Unethical Behavior

The delivery was scheduled during 10 am to 1 pm slot. It never came. At 2 pm I canceled the order which the company refused to accept. Finally at 4:45 pm the delivery guy phoned to inform about the delivery. I refused to accept it as I had already canceled my order. Surprisingly within 15 minutes they sent a mail saying the delivery is complete. I have requested for refund of my payment of Rs 2142. It's a fraudulent company out to cheat the unsuspecting customers. Please be aware. Never ever use their services. NEVER.

Wind up if you are not passionate!

Firstly acknowledge when somthing goes wrong especially when pics are sent as proof. In business your customer experience is important. So if someone takes the time to tell you what went wrong without a mention of a refund, it's useless to arrogantly show that you accept and offer a discount on the next order! Thank you but no thank you because I'm not going through this experience again. Sending flowers is special and don't ruin it for someone when you are not passionate about the business....pack up!

They did not have the color of roses that was ordered. Delivered different colour

Very unreliable and undependable…

Very unreliable and undependable company. Looking at the catalog we asked if we could get red roses instead of pink. To which the WhatsApp chat lady confirmed positively. But, the final delivery was still the same pink flowers, which were not so fresh looking. When asked, it was just plain sorry, that's it.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this page. I ordered a bouquet and made the payment, which was successfully debited from my account. However, they kept claiming that the amount was not credited on their side, even after I shared proof of the successful transaction.

There was no proper support, no responsibility taken, and the whole experience felt very unprofessional. Please be careful before placing an order here.

Highly dissatisfied and would not recommend this page to anyone.

Did not deliver as scheduled and giving excuses

I had placed an order for a birthday day cake two days before the date of delivery after checking with the PIN code where it is to be delivered. The morning of scheduled delivery we called the customer service and she assured us that the order would be delivered but till evening also it was not delivered , on enquirer we were told that the place is remote and they need a phone no of the receiver . For two days they didn’t inform of this requirement . So birthday cake was not delivered as scheduled . For next day delivery they request us to pay delivery charges again which was beyond my understanding as we had already paid the delivery charges with the order. very disappointing and not recommending.
