Frustrating and terrible company. I can’t even access my account as won’t accept password or email address even though they regularly send emails to my inbox. Ordered 3 items very disappointing with quality and one dress bears no resembled to order at all. Will try for a refund but don’t have much hope. Tried email given on other reviews to contact but returned by postmaster as undeliverable. Not even worth one star. Very disappointed in myself for being conned.

This company - a money grabbing company, who offer a refund but do not state that they will not cover the costs prior to purchasing the products.
Sending the items back due to being poorly made, and awful sizing as well as the wrong pieces being sent out. This costs around £23 to send back. They did previously try to offer me a part refund and to keep the clothes. The clothes were unwearable. They are still not refunding me the return cost. Avoid the company at all costs!!!! Hope this review helps someone else.

You have had a month to fix it and I still get the same response every time. Even this morning, I get if we can help in any other way please let us know!!!

Ninacloak is a fraud.
After making purchase and recieving random items this site refused to refund or send correct items, instead they tried to entice me with a $50 voucher on a $150 order to purchase more product from there fake store. ARE YOU SERIOUS

UPDATE: After all that happened between, now they want me to return the incorrect item AND PAY FOR THE POSTAGE!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!
I placed my order in December and it took over 6 weeks to receive the order. When I received the two shirts one ran extremely small and the other was not what I ordered. I immediately contacted the company and sent them a photo of the incorrect item. Their solution is to give me a credit on a future order. I want my money back and will never otder from them again.

Items received took months. Items wrong and look nothing like pictures! Scam from some Asian country! Didn’t send back due to headache and probably wouldn’t get refund anyway due to their business practices.

I ordered a vintage paisley wool coat that matched a pair of leggings. After a month I received a brown plaid coat. This is the first time I have received a different item, but the quality of the past items has been sketchy. If they didn't have the item they should have cancelled it, not just sent me something else.

Under no circumstances order from this sight I purchased an item returned it immediately and have been trying to get a refund for months without success. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

I am not sure how to give below 1star but here's something that might help. When a Wiseman said, not every shiny object is gold, he was so right about it.
Ninacloak products look so good and you assume they would be good quality too,but it's totally the opposite. Please read reviews before you order because after you've received your package,there's no going back. Products come from a far away land that they simply don't accept returns, even though it says on their website you can. They offer partial refund which is peanuts compared with what you spend with them,but hey you would assume, something is better than nothing. You don't really get your refund. Well I haven't received mine in months. I spent £96 and was offered £20 refund 🙄.
In a nutshell, DON'T SHOP WITH NINACLOAK. Poor quality products and extremely poor communication and no resolution what so ever.

I received order confirmation 10132 25 days ago and am yet to receive my parcel. Postage alone was $19aud. I expected better service than this. I've had no luck tracking the item and am waiting for a reply from the service team. Tell me you're not another scamming company!!!

Finally arrived after a month. I wouldn't recommend this site due to extremely expensive postage and lengthy delivery time.

I ordered total £85.00 of clothing and already taken out of my account. You sent me an email that the parcel is in UK on the 3rd December with a tracking number. I tried to track down the parcel with the numbers given by you but unfortunately 17TRACK.net has no record of it. I am concerned that you have been scamming people and that includes me. My order ID number is DO610.
I would like to ask for refund ASAP please.

Having ordered I now wonder if I will in fact recieve the 59 dollar order.

This is a horrible place to order clothings from. When you look at the photos, the designs and fabrics are fabulous. Wait until you receive your order to find out that the designs, patterns, fabrics, everything is different. Total scam. The site states they are in UK. The actual return address is in China. Totally dishonest.

I already contacted you twice order number 1013221018140 and I was told that I have two choices, accept a partial refund or post everything to an address in China at my expense as you do not have return labels. It is not my fault you are dishonest and send items that are different from your photos. I need to pay a lot of money to send the parcel tracked. What is the guarantee that this is your correct address in China when you put on your website an address in the U.K. I am planning to open a case with PayPal.

I have been trying to contact the company to return some tops but they haven't been replying to my emails. This is very frustrating and I will not be recommending this company to others.

I bought 3 dresses from Nina cloak 1is ok but the other 2 are not. I would like to return them but their website does not provide a way to do so after hours of trying I finally was able to send a request. Received an email asking for pictures of the dresses. When I tried to send them back, it would not go. Have shopped with a number of companies on line and have found that returns were easy and FREE. This company is a joke. I will be steering y friends away from this site. It only are your policies poor your merchandise is of very poor quality.

After discovering this company had been posting fake reviews I was worried about the order I had placed on the 22nd August, 4 tops and a pair of trousers. They finally arrived 27th September and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered medium, they all fit, I am normally a size 14, 3 of the tops are quite loose at the hips but not too big. I am happy with the quality of the stitching and colours, although the material is not thick it is perfect for sunny holidays, which is why I ordered. Considering how inexpensive they were, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Worst shopping experience EVER. Horrible clothes, not at all what was pictured and described on their website. This place is a total scam! The dress they sent me was absolutely NOTHING like the dress they falsely advertised.

1. SLEEVES are very different than the photo they advertised
2. NO BUTTONS like the photo they advertised
3. NO ELASTIC to make the top stretch like the photo they advertised
4. NO LINEN/COTTON BLEND fabric like the photo and description of the dress they advertised
5. SHIPPING was way overpriced for such a lite dress. They charged $18.72 to ship to me. It cost me $5.95 to return it

I bought 5 items from this company. I have been trying to return 3 of them and have sent 9 emails to their "customer service" dept. complete with photographs of the items and packaging. They will not provide the address for returning the goods and I'm just being given the runaround. The replies are all just boilerplated
Customer service totally shocking. I wish I'd looked on Trustpilot before ordering.
Do not order anything from this company!

Stuff comes from China and will take an age to arrive.
I believe any positive reviews here are written by the company itself. The clothes look amazing on line and the prices are amazing too. If it's too good to be believed - please do not believe it. I ordered a week ago and just now got a request to send my "correct address". If I ever get this order, and if merchandise is as advertised, I will be amazed. And if that occurs, I will most definitely send another review. But better safe than sorry. I do not recommend this company.

10/6/22 addendum:
I ordered twice on the same day. One order actually did arrive. Although I used the measurements in their sizing guide, everything ran very small. Still awaiting second order- no email updates about it- I still will avoid ordering from this company again.

Be careful ordering from ninacloak.com. The clothing is fine, but I've spent an hour trying to contact customer service about exchanging a blouse for a smaller size. Forget it - The process is impossible. I filled out a form on one customer service site, but when I submitted it, there was a "code invalid" message. I then explained everything on their e-chat, which then wanted me to write it all again for an "expert" on a special site for a cost of $1.00!! Seriously?? The site wanted my credit card #, but I was wary, so I'll just wear the blouse a bit big. Maybe I'll take it in and never order from ninacloak again.

If Amazon doesn't have what I want, I don't need it. This & other crappy online companies will make Amazon richer than ever!

9/23/22: An edit to my above review of Ninacloak.com - The company sent me a laughable boilerplate reply. They apologized, then wrote that I should send them my order # so they could correct my "situation." I've seen that same or similar reply to their many negative reviews on Trustpilot! There's no link to their website at the end of their "sincere" apology. I gave them my order# when I filled out their online forms several times on 9/22/22, but it was impossible to submit or complete the forms without a glitch, or a shady referral to an "expert" after first asking for a $1 paymt on my credit card! Have U ever?? I called but the phone# on their website isn't valid. They provide no exchange/return form, and my merchandise, which surprisingly was fine, came in 3 envelopes, each with a different address. The company knows what they're doing. It appears they have no intention of correcting my or anyone's "situation" - and I mean that sincerely. There are too many other companies to deal with. Shop elsewhere!!

If I could leave no stars I would. The items sent were just random sizes and when I tried to return them I had to return them to China. They stopped answering emails and I have not received a refund.
