Friendly, local company

Really friendly service and efficient staff. The van I hired was excellent and was modern and clean. My only slight negative was the amount of time waiting for staff to photograph and check the van over before I took ownership of it, I felt this could have been done in advance for a speedier experience as I was waiting around some 30 minutes or so for this to be completed. But other than this everything else was a pleasurable experience and would definitely use again !

Highly recommended!

Highly recommended!
I needed a medium van for a Saturday hire, to be returned by 1 pm.
I tried a few local and national numbers and all were either expensive or not quite fitting my requirements.
I phoned NL commercials in Darlington and Pauline on reception was brilliant, she sorted everything out effortlessly and at a very competitive price.
The icing on the cake was, due to an oversight by myself, I wasn't going to be able to return the van by close of business that Saturday, meaning I would incur the full weekend rental.
She agreed to stay in the office for the extra 20 minutes it was going to take me to get back to the Darlington compound.
Thanks for that Peuline, very kind of you.

I recently rented a van from NL COMMERCIALS in batley for a weekend move, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The van was clean, spacious, and in perfect working condition. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the pricing was very reasonable. The booking process was straightforward, and the van was ready on time. I highly recommend NL COMMERCIALS of batley for anyone needing a reliable van hire service!
