Received my next order from Nodbox today and wow the value and quality of the products way outweigh the price I paid! £45 got me approx £115 worth of branded beauty products including Too Faced, Rude Cosmetics, Doll Beauty and PLouise! I’ve not once been disappointed in what I have received and could not recommend this company enough!!

Absolutely insane value for money, yes it's hit and miss, but you always get more than what you paid for, it's all clearly stated on the website. Delivery was like 2 or 3 days-amazing! Packaging was cute, I had a decent eyeshadow palette and a lip liner, I won't use the lip liner but will give it to someone who does for free. I'm definitely going to be ordering from here more often now.

I’ve received around 5 boxes and got another 2 boxes coming. Every single box has been amazing and such a wide variety of amazing products and even some freebies!!!! Never fails to amaze me. Best part of my month when I order 😍

I think the whole concept of the business is amazing and it really does give so many more people the chance of luxury beauty at a fraction of the price for people who can’t afford it. As well as Noddy seeming amazing on the lives!
I had some issues with one of my orders (2x£9.50 dips from live) however after a couple of weeks it had got shipped, received it quickly after and the contents were amazing amazing! Thank you

Really happy with order from Nodbox. It will be random with what you get but what a lovely surprise it is! It’s a great way of getting new makeup and skincare. I will be ordering again in the future. Thank you!

My order took a bit of time to come in but I received two free items as a sorry for the delay. I love all the products I received and the customer service is amazing! I would definitely purchase again :)

I ordered after coming across on tic tok I ust to order from glossy box but gave up afterwards receiving the same products time and time again so I thought ild give this a go no monthly Subscriptions so you can order as little or much you like my first order I ordered a Mystery box and to lucky dips and I was over the moon with what I got I love all the products I did get a Mac blue eyeshadow witch wouldn’t be my normal choice and is the risk you take when doing a lucky dip but iv since had a play with the colour and actually quite like it and even if I didn’t I saved so much money on the products and it wouldn’t matter and I would of just past to a friend iv already order 2 bigger boxs and am planning of treating some of my girls friends to boxs for there birthday I’ll definitely be using you guys from now on ❤️

Absolute joke of a company, have placed 3 orders in November, the first being #2676 which was meant to contain 3/4 luxury full sized beauty products, contained a coffee scrub sample and a single eyeshadow, literally just one. After asking if this was right i was completley ignored, then been told a eyeshadow palette had been sent out. Again not received. 2 later orders #3297 and #3204 have not even arrived from November, everytime i ask for an update i get ignored, i have proof of this all. Comments deleted on social media etc, honestly have never left a bad review on a business but the shocking customer service and the awful product i received i cannot let anyone else get scammed like i have, company should not be running. please listen to the bad reviews!

Really high end products for such a cheap price!
I’ve ordered two tik tok grabs for £6 each and received products that were at least double that for one, and almost 7x the amount for the other! These came in about 2/3 days max.
Also ordered a mini mystery box for £25.99 and received plouise, Paula’s choice, doll beauty and project lip. Again value must be around £60-£79, full sized products all in brand new condition.
Delivery for the mystery box was delayed but customer service managed to sort this out and get another reshipped.
I believe the owner had covid over the Christmas period, so as a one woman show, I understand it must have been a harder time than usual.
Looking forward to ordering from here again soon!

I’m leaving my review again as trust pilot told me nodbox reported my review as going against community guidelines. It did not.

I will keep this very short and factual, ordered twice in September. Nothing ever received. Chased and chased. (Emails comments on SM that kept getting deleted) Basic responses when they did reply, the company stated that Hermes lost my order and it was reshipped- didn’t get this order either. (Odd!!)

I eventually got a refund after chasing for months. They apologised and admitted fault and gave me a £10 voucher code. My sisters birthday is in feb so I have used this on the 8/01/22. It still hasn’t shipped.
I will update my review to see if this time round is any better but I’m not feeling hopeful.

Your concept is great NGC but you need to be more organised. Stop pushing for orders doing discounts when your struggling to fulfil orders from weeks and weeks back. It’s not fair on customers!

What great service. Ordered and received within a few days. Super quick. All packaged lovely. Genuine products and great prices. Definitely would recommend. Will be buying from nodbox again.

As a first time buyer I like to support small businesses when ordering my TIKTOK live grab which isn’t necessarily done on TIKTOK I’ve been told hasn’t been shipped it’s coming close to a month . People who have ordered after me there’s was done on TIKTOK Live which I’ve got a screen recorder off . Which I think is clearly unfair they bring out new products and start shipping them how about get all the older orders shipped first keep telling me it will be shipped but nothing contacted them numerous times same old response get ignored when asking on live yet other peoples response on there orders gets answered . Sorry but not happy at all the products look good wish I never ordered now as they could on purpose but cheap products in there as it’s not on live .

I had a speedy delivery and received loads of amazing products. Can not wait to try them all out. Definitely will be ordering again at payday!

I placed an order 23/12 and my package has still not been marked has shipped. I have contacted the “company” on numerous occasions and on different social media platforms and still do not have a resolution. I understand this may be a small business with a high demand but the lack of customer service has been extremely frustrating. It is a shame that I have to give a bad review as I was looking forward to receiving my order and placing additional orders. Because of the lack of response from this “company” I will now have the hassle of contacting my bank in the hope of gaining a refund and perhaps take the matter further to ensure this does not happen to other individuals. My review has been removed. I have all my emails and screenshots of my order and all communication with the business.
I ordered in September and my order didn’t arrive, I emailed so many times and either got ignored or a generic “we will check this for you” response. After contacting Nodbox on Instagram, til tok (they followed me back so could message) and emailing contantly I complained and asked for tracking for my order. I was ignored again and then when I said I would be contacting my back they emailed to say there was an issue with my address and my parcel was stuck… then a refund was processed. They have since blocked me on tik tok (really professional of them!)
My order number was 2004. I had various other girls see me commenting about my order on Instagram and tik tok and reach out to me, all of us were in the same boat but our comments were being deleted when we tried to question it. There is clearly something dodgy, it is not normal for a “small business” to have so many people missing orders and for the communication to be so poor. If you can’t keep up with your orders then don’t take as many on. This will all catch up to nodbox, this whole fake “I’m trying my best, we are a small business” act doesn’t really wash. You are providing a service and when customers pay for something they deserve to receive it, along with the correct attitude and customer service. Extremely poor business and extremely shady!!!! I would advise all those with positive reviews to understand that not everyone has received their order! Put yourself in our shoes!

Placed my order (#3700) on the 10th December and bought a £25 and £45 mystery box. Received an email on the 23rd December saying it is 'ready to be shipped' however the tracking just shows Hermes have been waiting to receive the parcel for the last 3 weeks. I have sent multiple emails regarding my order, had one reply being told they would look into it and then never heard back.

UPDATE - was told i would be sent a replacement, had nothing from them since, no confirmation of this and nothing has arrived.

Do you have to wait awhile? Yes! But this is clearly stated all over the website and the price you pay for what you get makes it worth it!

If I had to give a negative it would be that its so addictive!! Jokes aside I have received items that I wouldn't normally be able to afford, but also brands that are amazing which I have never heard off before.

Just received my Black Friday box and Grab which is my 3rd order with this company and I was NOT disappointed!!
Received some amazing products that were SO much more expensive than what I paid for in the box. It’s amazing nodbox manage to do such lovely boxes with more than value for money inside. I hope they keep this up and continue to deliver such amazing boxes full of products.

Got some lovely Mac lipstick, HUDA beauty palette and some great plouise products. Cannot wait to use them!
I will definitely be buying from this company again. Sometimes they even do grabs on TikTok where you can see your box being packed (if you’re lucky and on at the right time!) and it’s lovely to connect with the owner and other customers.

If your order takes a little time, do not worry! It will come eventually! I got a little worried but it was only delayed due to the Christmas post. Can’t wait to be paid so I can buy some more!
