Nodbox never fails. Every box I’ve had has exceeded expectations. I can’t fault it. I would recommend Nodbox to anyone to give yourself a well deserved treat.

Really dissapointed and livid
Im so dissapointed and livid, that yet again ive had to write yet another review, but i feel as though its needed so other people do not make the same mistake as trusting this company as ive done, i placed a order on the 7th of june from a voucher i was gifted by nodbox as an apology for my previous order not coming for over 3 months, lo and behold it will be 3 months tommrow since ive placed this order and absolutely nothing, im sick of constantly having to chase this company and give them the benefit of the doubt, 3 months, its a joke, ive had orders from china and all over the place come withing the stated time or even before, i do not understand how a company thats in the uk, cannot communicate with customers and cannot ship out on time or even let thier customers know whats happening, i will never order from this company again, ever, i hate to write bad reviews this is the second one ive had to write for nodbox and that says alot, i would like a refund, and an explanation as to why its taken 3 months for my parcel, where even is my parcel?? Ive messaged multiple times on email, tiktok and instagram, last convestion i had with the owner, she said i was on the top of her priority list she never got back to me, i waited gave her some time and it took almost 2 weeks to get back to me saying the tracking should move today, that was wednesday just gone, im actually embaressed having to write this, im not a horrible person but this has gone too far.
I placed an order in May
I placed an order in May, I received an email over a month later on the 4th of June saying it had been shipped. It is now the 25th of July and I have received nothing and no communication from them as to why there is a delay, also if i click into the link in the shipping email it says they have received my order and mentions nothing of shipping, so the shipping email was a lie. I have contacted them and they do not respond to emails.
Do not order from them as they essentially steal your money. They have the worst customer service i have ever experienced.

I have been waiting over 4 months for my items. Ive emailed multiple times even messaged on TikTok had replies saying they’ll get it sorted and sent out which still hasn’t happened which is disappointing. No order or refund I feel scammed
Ordered In November still no order or any sign of a refund .
After problems occurring with shipping I gave this company many chances to reship my order after months of getting no where to get the same issues and no attempt of deliver and all round confusion with the courier it’s been 8 months ,plenty of time to either refund or send me out my order .The customer service is shocking if you even get a reply I have ordered many times and always had positive outcomes with all my orders but this order shows they have really gone down hill .
No response to email and no order received!
Placed an order on the 19th May, got an email saying my order had been shipped just over 2 weeks later on 04th June. After waiting almost 2 more weeks I emailed the company on 13th June to say my order hadn’t arrived (there was also no tracking number and the order still shows as confirmed on my account, not shipped…?!?). Other than the automated email telling me not to send another email, I’ve not heard anything from the company and still haven’t received my order!
EDIT: No, as of today (16/07) I’ve still not received my order or a refund. After my initial review the company reached out and said 1 item was stuck in customs so I picked an alternative product which they confirmed was fine on 26/06, then I waited… I received nothing and emailed again on 08/07 to say that if they hadn’t yet shipped, that I just wanted a refund, which I’ve had no response to. To make matters worse, after I sent that follow up email, they tried to flag my review on here as not genuine! I sent all the proof to TrustPilot who have now verified my review. I JUST WANT MY ORDER OR A REFUND!

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud! Don’t order, especially from their website, your payment will be taken but you’ll never receive your items. Looks like they ship out TikTok orders because customers can claim their refund very easily via TikTok but you can’t do much when you order from their website. I ordered a pre order box on 16th May and still no news of my box. Contact them sooo many times and they come back with ‘Royal Mail must have lost it’ or ‘it’s getting shipped you’ll receive it very soon’. I asked for a tracking number soo many times too and they totally ignore it. I’ve got screen shots and screen recordings of my convo with them. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this fake company. Their reviews are very bad, if only I wasn’t fooled by her sweet talks.
Update:
I did not tell you I wanted a refund, I wanted my pre order box, you said my box will be shipped out soon. So I waited and waited then I went onto the website to look at the pre order box, and it wasn’t there, so I decided I wanted my refund back so I had to fill in a charge back form from my credit card company to get my refund back. And you had to accept it, I have got my refund.
All I’d like to say is, don’t put any products on the web if you don’t have them. Just be loyal to your customers.

Ordered 3 times now and had a problem…
Ordered 3 times now and had a problem every single time.
First time I ordered was November 2022. After waiting 4 weeks with no communication I emailed asking where my order was and I was told it had gone missing in transit and they would send it again. When the replacement came, it was clear from the shipping label (the date printed on it) that it was the original parcel that had obviously just not been sent the first time.
My second and third order were made on the 20th and 28th of April 2023. It is currently the 19th of June and I still don’t have my orders.
I first emailed on the 14th of May and got no response till I commented on their tiktok live. I was told on the 19th of May that I would get a notification of it being shipped within 2 days, never did. I was then told on June 1st we were awaiting a response from Evri, never heard anything after that. On 09/06 I was told my order was being reshipped the next day and that I would be sent shipping info, nothing. In between these emails I was having to comment on their tiktok to even get a response as my emails were being ignored. On 10/06 I was told my orders had been shipped but they couldn’t send tracking info as the owner had some personal circumstances going on. On 15/06 I asked for the tracking info and I was told to send my order numbers over so they could look into my order (for what seems like the 100th time) but have still had no tracking info sent.
Not once have I been offered a refund, even when I stated that this would have made it easier for everyone involved. I did not want to post anything public but at this point I have given countless opportunities to sort this out and nothings been done.
If this isn’t resolved soon, I am going to be reporting to trading standards as one time is a mistake, 3 times is not.
EDITED TO ADD:
After writing this I was refunded and told a goodwill box had been sent out to me. This surprisingly has never arrived, I was told to wait 10 days as there’s postage delays, weeks later and still nothing.
August update: I emailed again and spoke to Noddy this time, who has since sent me out another goodwill box which I have finally received. Thank you.

Order not arrived, no response from customer services
Placed an order on 8 May, and it has still not arrived. Messaged customer services a number of times and received no reply (except once when I was sent an email to say the order is on the way - no personal response was sent).

Orders never get sent or refunded.
I’ve sadly had to submit a charge back from my bank for this so I really can’t recommend the company.
I ordered from Nodbox just under two months ago on 18th April- eventually on the 14th May after 2 or 3 emails asking for an update with no reply from Nodbox, I was sent a dispatch notice.
It is now the 14th June and my order, according to the tracking, still hasn’t even been handed over to the courier. I’ve never once had a reply to any of my emails asking for help despite the brand still having time to send out marketing emails to me.
I ended up going to my bank to request a chargeback as the company doesn’t reply to emails asking for help/ updates. I just want my money back at this point and to not have to deal with this company again.
I’m so so disappointed in this company. I wanted to support a small business but it seems nothing but a money grab at this point.

Ordered a skincare box on tik tok live and was absolutely delighted with the 3 items I received! Great value and Customer service ,it was my first order but certainly won't be my last !! Highly recommend .
Great value for money
I’ve ordered several times from Nodbox and have always been over the moon with my boxes. I last ordered a newness box to use as stocking fillers for my nieces and I was not disappointed. I know some of the orders were taking a while to come but Nodbox is worth the wait. Amazing business and great value for money
Incredible small business
I have ordered from nodbox quite a few times now via TIkTok shop and every single time I am so shocked at how amazing the boxes are. I absolutely love every box I’ve bought up to date. I would highly recommend buying a box to try if you’re looking to switch up your skin care routine and want to try some new products or even wanting to try some new makeup products. I will continue to buy from this small business, I think they’re incredible. Also not forgetting to mention the value for money, you always get products worth wayyyyy more than what you pay!

Really unfortunate to write a bad review as I had such high hopes. I ordered one back when they first launched them on Tik Tok shop. Unfortunately I was issued a refund after complaining due to it not arriving. After they explained it was no fault of theirs I didn’t mind. My partner then ordered one a month before my birthday asa present as he knew I really wanted one. This unfortunately again never turned up, after discussing with customer service they apologised refunded and offered next day delivery to reorder, so he again ordered another with the next day delivery. 2 months near 3 later and we still haven’t received the box. When looking at the shipping details Evri have said they haven’t even received the box. So incredibly disappointed

I’ve been ordering from nodbox from literally day dot and I am never disappointed! All issues are resolved if any and shipping is fast!
And they are just a really lovely small business! I highly recommend!
Also it’s lovely how interactive they are with the customers- like nothing is too much hassle and they work all hours to get all orders out fast, no order ever seems to small, my love for nodbox will remain!

Do not rate this company at all. Horrendous. Ordered multiple boxes , received one of the three I initially ordered after me having to chase them and they coming up with excuses saying there was errors on their side. Was then a whole situation in which it took me quite a while to get my refund for my products. They then told me they would send me a box out as a gesture of goodwill, this was two weeks ago so it’s quite clear this box doesn’t exist. I waited and chased this company for my boxes that never turned up that I had paid for and for someone who had been wanting to try them I was disgusted at the cavalier attitude they had. Please do not order from here, they give you nothing but false hope , act all sweet but truly the opposite. You have to chase them for them to answer your emails. My experience has been awful with them and it was my first time with them! They’ve given me a coupon code for me if I was to order again but that’s highly laughable as that’s never going to happen I would much rather spend my money on the products I want off respected sites I know will deliver up to standard and not leaving you in the lurch. Not worth your money believe me stay shot! Well and truly learned my lesson to avoid! I wish I had a positive experience as I really was looking forward to getting my boxes but alas not meant to be. Must just be a ruse for tiktok only
