Anthony Sellick at Northgate Cardiff did an amazing job of helping me arrange a hire vehicle at very short notice. He was extremely helpful throughout the process and went above and beyond to liaise with the hire team on my behalf.
Anthony and the rest of the team made everything so simple and straightforward, which I really appreciated, especially given the short notice.
A massive thank you to Anthony and the entire Northgate team for their help and for providing such first class customer service. It really made a difference and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Northgate to friends and family.

I met your colleague Paul who dropped off a rental at my home address this afternoon.
Paul's customer service was faultless. He was highly professional but had a great sense of humour which made me at ease after a stressful morning, having my van recovered.
Paul walked me around the vehicle and explained details of the rental such as fuel levels and contact numbers I needed.
