I recently had a fantastic experience at Northgate Vehicle Hire in Huddersfield and felt it was well worth sharing.
From the moment I walked in, the two gentlemen at reception made a lasting impression. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful—exactly what you hope for when arriving somewhere that could otherwise feel transactional. Their professionalism was matched by a warm, approachable attitude that immediately put me at ease
They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, answered all my questions clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across service that feels both efficient and personal, but they struck that balance perfectly.
As for the vehicle hire itself, the range available is excellent. Whether you need a small van, a larger commercial vehicle, or anything in between, they seem to have it covered. It’s reassuring to know that whatever your requirement, Northgate Huddersfield can accommodate it.
Overall, I couldn’t recommend this branch highly enough. If you’re in need of any kind of vehicle, do yourself a favour and head to Northgate Vehicle Hire in Huddersfield. Absolutely fantastic service from start

Dropped van in for recall, they done not whilst it was in too save me coming back, bit of issue with loan van however umer couldn’t do anything more too help get me into a another van straight away, even gave me a brand new one due too the issue with the old one👍🏼👍🏼

Umer was great
Umer was great, friendly and helpful. He managed to get me a van sorted within a couple of hours of notice. He resolved a stressful situation in a matter of hours when it had been on going for weeks at a different northgate branch.
