The Southampton branch are always courteous & helpful. I was offered a hot drink while I waited for my service to be carried out and furthermore, as soon as Andre saw my laptop open for work he opened up an office space for me with air on to allow for me to work more comfortably. Overall a smooth & pleasant experience! Top job!

Helped us with toys for Santa in November 2024
In November 2024, Kelly and the team were really helpful providing us with a van so we could collect toys as part of our Mission Christmas charity appeal for Cash for Kids. Having been involved in a RTC on 16/04/24, recovery via RAC was taking so long. Was given Barry as point of contact as vehicle would be arriving out of hours, who remained in supportive contact throughout my waiting for Recovery (not impressed with Rac, wait time until suitable recovery vehicle arrived just over 6 hours).

Northgate Southampton!! need to be number 1 depot in the country again, served by a man called barry today bloody nice bloke went above and beyond didn't rush explained everything to me and even found some damage on the van that i missed from a previous customer so made sure i wouldn't get charged for it if only all hire company's where so conscientious!
