They have a good range of models and orders are well packed. Delivery is not next day but is completely reasonable for a small company and I usually receive my orders within a week

Overall excellent company with a huge selection of specialist miniatures and great prices. My only slight issue is their website feels a bit dated/awkwardly laid out. That said though I would throughly recommend.

I have never had a poor experience with North Star, They have been my "Go-To" for Miniatures, Transfers and sneaky Bargains for a good few Years now, I bought several copies of Wargames Illustrated so I could get a Cheap Battalion of French for Sharpe Practice, they came quickly and well packaged.

I have ordered from Northstar on numerous occasions, for both Silver Bayonet and Stargrave, their deliveries are always prompt and well packaged. I have also found them to be very responsive to customer service queries. Highly recommended.

Multiple (20+) orders over the last 10 years, and one of the better companies to do business with.
With one of my orders I accidentally ordered the same product twice, and North Star had zero issues in allowing me to return, for either credit or a refund.

The couple of times there have been errors on their part they have been fast and efficient in correcting it.

Will definitely be using again.

I have been using North Star for at least 10 years. They've always been helpful and polite. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very poor customer service, slow delivery times for products with zero communication of delays. Advertises products for sale that they do not have in stock. Clearly not a modern operation. One to avoid.

I ordered the book Rangers of shadow deep.
After waiting over a week for it to be delivered, I emailed them only to be told it wasn't in stock..they could have had the decency to tell me that they didn't have it in stock..but no they didn't... absolutely poor service.

Always bought from north star and recently had a casting defect on a pulp miniature. Brilliant company to deal with and received replacement straight away without fuss or quibble
