Order with confidence

I started using North Star around the time Frostgrave was released (nearly 10 years ago now), and I've never had a bad experience using them.
Orders are on time and securely packaged, pre-orders come on the advertised release date (or sometimes a little earlier), and the few times that an item has been unavailable their communication has been clear and useful.

I've only had a couple of minor issues with the products received, and the folks at NS have been quick to rectify any issues, whether that was replacements, refunds or credit.

Will 100% be using them again for future orders.

Great Service from North Star

Received several nice, large boxes of figure from Wargames Atlantic from this store. All well packed and promptly delivered despite the fact that I live quite a way "off the beaten track". Excellent communications too. Not my first purchase from this firm and it will not be the last.

Brilliant company

Brilliant company, with a huge selection of products,
Communication is great, they answer all emails and if there is an issue they are quick to resolve.
Always one of my first ports of call when I want something.
