This company is my "Go To" when ordering miniatures. They have responded well to all inquiries and provided excellent customer service. I'm overseas in Canada and while one might think it would be cheaper and quicker to order from a US based supplier, it is North Star that provides a broader selection, better value, faster shipping and excellent service - even prior to the current tariff insanity. I have only had one problem with one order and that was resolved promptly.
