I have recently used Notary Express for a house sale, Charlie was helpful, supportive and knowledgeable.
The sale process was handle professionally and quickly I would not have any hesitation in recommending Charlie and Notary Express.

We had to switch solicitors during proceedings as Notary Express were not on the panel of our lender, so I cannot comment fairly on the full process.

However, I can say that throughout our time using them communication was poor - I was constantly chasing - with Rebecca having a seemingly constant out of office on her email. Justin was helpful but I had later issues when it came to securing a refund. The client care letter that supposedly outlined costs was incredibly unclear, and the communication provided was in no way competent and very contradictory. I was offered a partial refund as a gesture of 'goodwill', but I personally felt that it was less of a generosity and more of an unwilling to admit that they'd actually been hugely unclear in terms of the payment to begin with.

I'm grateful that we were not with Notary Express for the entire purchase of our home, and would not recommend them, although they are very competitively priced.

This was not a straightforward remortgage but Loiuse has made it to completion very professionally. I am so thankful to Louise who has helped me my dream come true by releasing equity from residential property to invest it in my business.
