I must admit I had my doubts about using Notary Express given the affordability compared to other companies - but I have been pleasantly surprised throughout the process. I see another reviewer was in the same situation - my sale looked straightforward at first but became more and more complex with historical fees being owed, a large corporate buyer proving very difficult and then dropping out and various other factors. Charlie was a great help the whole way and a pleasure to liaise with. Can highly recommend - this did not feel like a budget service at all except for the price.

The estate agents recommended Zoe, and I'm very glad I took their advice. She dealt with my sale and purchase efficiently and with patience - as it wasn't that straight forward! Zoe was always professional, friendly and very quick to respond to any queries I had - either via email or over the phone. I would certainly contact Zoe again in the future if I need any further help.
