The service Notary Express provides is seamless from start to finish. This is the second time this year I've used them, this time for the purchase of a property, using the services of the super knowledgeable and thorough Salima Manji. I can't fault anything, Salima was prompt with her replies to me and was persistent with the other party in her getting all enquiries satisfactorily answered. I also loved getting an automated response from them confirming funds had hit their account, it was reassuring. I would use them again and have recommended them too.

Sorting a change of equity is not an easy task, especially when the other party is, let's politely say 'less than cooperative' and in my eyes, if I had gone anywhere to sort this, I wouldn't have had the same service that Louise Pugh gave me.
