I have used Notary Express for two house sales now and Charlie has been fantastic, replying quickly to any query and processing any paperwork rapidly. The price is extremely fair too and having used a traditional solicitor for previous sales which cost nearly three times as much and was a very slow painful experience I do not hesitate to recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
Furthermore I note a poor reviewer stating that when there was problems notary express were not experienced enough to deal with them, I would like to point out that with a flat I owned my old traditional solicitor wanted to charge me nearly £1500 as he said it was a complicated sale due to a dual ownership of lease hold and free hold leases. This was not the case and Charlie dealt with the sale with no problems at all for a fraction of the price. There can be problems in any cases but I am confident most can be handled satisfactorily and at a fair price by Notary express

We had Salima Manji as our solicitor with Notary Express, for a first time house purchase. We were very impressed with the process. As you can imagine being first time buyers, we were pretty clueless about what to expect, though in a global pandemic and everything was up in the air. But Salima talked us through it all and 99% of the time was available after a singular ring, she worked quickly given the situation and left us with a smooth, stress-free completion date.

I used Notary Express to buy my property mainly down to the price being with good compared to the rest of the market but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made , Salima was my solicitor and I could not have asked for a more professional , nicer and efficient person.
Buying a property can be very stressful but Salima guided me every step of the way with not only a knowledgeable but a calming and friendly manner , she even managed to refund me some money which was lovely , so I would like to thank Salima and would highly recommend and not hesitate to work with her again.

I have used Notary Express to sell my house and am using them again currently to buy another. My solicitor was Razwana Hussain who has been a delight to work with - punctual, efficient and professional at all times. There was a significant cost saving using Notary Express versus any other solicitor and i was concerned that this would be reflected somehow in the service received. This was not at all the case, and i suspect that for many solicitors, their days of charging what they current ask are numbered.
