I am so happy with their service. I have just completed two agreements with Notary Express, the first is my house sale with Charlie Bowden. She has been so helpful, adaptable and professional. Just completed the sale of my flat using Charlie Bowden at Notary Express. The service was exemplary in what became quite a complicated sale with multiple moving parts (sale of both leasehold/share of freehold, RTMCo and FreeholdCo dynamics) even before taking into account Covid-19 dynamics. Laura was assigned to our case, she progressed everything quickly, proactively provided at progress updates throughout, consistently chased things up and swiftly provided timely advice when we required it.
