Horrible company with low service

Horrible company with low service. Always charging you without any reason or at least information email. If you are a long-time customer when you every year will pay more and more, even you consume less. Worse company ever!

CC system below all criticism

I have never had any problems with Nuon's services. Never an outage for as long as I've used them, good prices and nice deals... But the CC needs an upgrade, BADLY...

I didn't check the opening hours before calling, so in part I have myself to blame; I called at 17:57 (dumbass time to call, people) and didn't think that much about it. Thought they were open in evenings as well.
Time went on, I replaced a lock on my door, waited patiently with the reassuring automatic voice going "stay on the line, please, we will help you as fast as possible", every few seconds... I got some more stuff done, like dishes, taking care of trash, started hanging new curtains... Working in CC myself I know it can take time so I make the most of waiting.
After 27 minutes I started wondering if they were gonna pick up at all. Started going through the papers in front of me - again - to make sure I had all info at hand for when they'd pick up. And went about my business, folding laundry.
Nothing.
And nothing and nothing and nothing, till I looked at the time and saw almost an hour had passed. I really started to wonder then, so went to the website - to find that CC is open till 18... Gnnnnnhh!!!
Either the waiting line really is THAT long and people are working a shiteload of overtime to help customers, or some genius forgot to close the lines on time.
Seriously, guys?! If you know it's crazy busy, PLEASE inform callers about how many are waiting before them and when/IF they will get help, instead of just the "please stay on the line" thing. (We have the same problem where I work, but at least we're taking complaints seriously and are going to change the auto-message!)
I would really appreciate if someone could call me back again (my contract expires on 2016-07-01 and I was called up just a couple days ago, reassured I'd get help if I called CC... Ehmm...) because I really don't have time for this. (And no, I didn't get help.)
Once again, I do what you do and have mad respect for you in CC, so please call again after 17 on a working day if you can identify me by name. All I want is to cancel my contract because I'm moving! It won't take long, I won't be mad and I might even tell a silly joke!

People, customers of Nuon, don't call just when they open the lines, around lunch or around the time they close. Those are busy "don't-call-times". That goes for every single CC on the planet. And if they call you, TAKE THE CALL! Phone lines can kill the soul of the most patient person.

Looking forward to hearing from you (and I'll try to come up with a good joke till then, but don't expect to actually laugh).

Thanks in advance,
A. H. Israelsson
