The guys at NWS are very knowledgeable and professional. My Ingenium engine imploded last March and left us stranded in Sheffield. They picked up the car and fitted a fully reconditioned engine which subsequently ran beautifully. It developed a minor engine warning light several months later, which was remedied without quibble under warranty. Very friendly people and great communication. I would recommend these to anyone with JLR engine issues.

I cannot recommend NWS highly enough. Super professional service with the most helpful and courteous of staff who have helped on several occasions with my Land Rover issues. I would use NWS without hesitation as they use genuine LR parts, have superior detailed knowledge and experience and have the best reassuring customer service and aftercare I’ve experienced from anywhere else.

I got in contact with NWS as they were recommended to me by a friend. I had trouble with my 2016 evoque which had electrical issues with the media unit. I spoke to Ashley who dealt with the issue and he even contacted my warranty company and sorted the payment out with them! I will be using nws in future and highly recommend!

I made contact with NWS given the sudden engine failure of my Land Rover Discovery 4 SDV6 2015. This was a very traumatic experience and feeling totally overwhelmed I was relieved to find NWS. From the outset Nathan offered reassurance, support and advice and most importantly a realistic option to get my vehicle back on the road. I was immediately impressed by the depth of expertise and ability to provide a solution to the problem I faced.
A reconditioned new engine was commissioned and the vehicle collected by NWS - I live 130 miles away. Ashley and Josh were both knowledgeable and very professional in all my contact with them. Totally available to talk through the process from start to finish and maintained contact with me.
I am now almost a year now since the engine replacement and I remain to be totally impressed by the service received and the performance of the replacement engine.
NWS offer the complete service and support which I can fully recommend. In your hour of need NWS are there to provide the expertise you can rely on.

Update (January 2023): after covering over 10,000 miles on the NWS-constructed engine, I am delighted to report that it is quieter, smoother and more powerful than the one that was in the car from brand new. So… well done Josh, Ashley and all at NWS!!!

My original review had said: NWS did a brilliant job on my 5 litre Supercharged Range Rover Sport. It now has a new (built by NWS) engine and they also fixed an irritating intermittent ‘shunting’ problem that any other company would have used as an excuse to sell me a new gearbox. They didn’t do that, instead painstakingly tracing the problem to brake callipers, saving me thousands of pounds. The car, which I’ve had from brand new, has never run better. Josh and Ashley have been dead straight, and super helpful, throughout. Five stars are not enough. Thanks chaps!

Great service. New Engine rebuild. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else as i was let down by main dealers.

Nathan and his team are brilliant in every way excerpt knowledge,friendly, very helpful and go the extra mile to work with the client I live about 90 miles away and it’s extremely difficult to find the time away from business in construction world and the didn’t hesitate in sending a driver via train. My father collected him from the station and he drove the car back to their depot and returned it the same way I couldn’t ask for any more highly recommend recommendable. In fact, I would not take my vehicle anywhere else, without doubt

Needed urgent work under warranty . Within 48hrs of speaking to Ashley our Range Rover was in, warranty claim approved to NWS, parts replaced , vehicle back with us. Can’t argue with that !! Great service guys!
