Before NWS i used a local garage for years, and constantly had problems with work not getting done and still being charged. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Especially if you have a landrover.

NWS were helpful enough to fix my Jaguar engine and turbo when I turned up on the back of a recovery truck. Although the problem was a huge one, they were good guys and helped me get back on the road. It was all very smooth and they were great to deal with, and generally very very helpful. Nathan, Ashley and Josh were all a pleasure to deal. Thank you.

I have been to NWS multiple times and wouldn’t take my LandRover anywhere else. Friendly, knowledgeable advice given on my initial phonecall and when visiting. Ashley is very welcoming and so polite, makes time to slot in my car on the day I ring, if he can. He explains everything in thorough detail and is such a friendly guy. The work has always been completed to a high standard and I’m always happy to leave my car with them. Clean, professional premises and detailed paperwork.

First time been there! I have Range Rover Vogue 2002 and had a battery drain issue and water leak, It was found to be that these two issues were correlated. The water inside the wiring compartment was causing a discharge!. Leak at the booth was fixed and battery is now back to normal powerful functionality. During diagnostic time they have allocated me a courtesy car. I'm impressed with their professional customer care service. No matter how busy they are! They are allocating an adequate time for listening to you. Big thanks to Nathan who initiated the first bond and trust..., Ashley and rest of the NWS team for their Customer First attitude. Nathan & Josh were very helpful, with their in-depth knowledge they were able to assist my mechanic in Sweden, who also he, was very impressed by their experience.

I would strongly recommend you to go directly to NWS and let them do the work for you rather than buying their product and going elsewhere!! I made a big mistake of not doing that, The customer service I received from start to finish from Ashley at Nws has been phenomenal he has wanted nothing more but to get my car up and running and my car back on the road as quickly as possible. Which he has done so, he has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m happy and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service’s it is second to none…I’m back on the road it drives lovely, absolutely spotless. Just now to put the Engine to the test will update you on here if not so far so good.
