We sold our house through Nybolig in…
We sold our house through Nybolig in Ballerup/Smørum and throughout the whole process, they have done EVERYTHING to cheat and made it extremely difficult to work with them. They put clauses in the contract which was illegal and we're unaware of it, they forced us to sell our house with their conditions and even tried to steal some of our money by creating fake claims and deviating from the contract. We were so lucky to have a lawyer to step in and stop these charlatans. I DO NOT recommend Nybolig to ANYONE especially the ones in Ballerup/Smørum.
There are far better agents in Ballerup/Smørum and if you have to work with them then be vigilant and go through your contract and make sure to hire a lawyer otherwise you may end up in a nasty situation like ours

Positive apartment sale experience

Very professional, helpful and friendly
Right from the beginning the agents of Nybolig Haderslev were very friendly and helpful. They send us Information about houses in Haderslev to Germany.
Very quickly we found the house here we wanted. Nybolig helped us in every step, we could call anytime.
Even after we had bought the house we could ask them questions.
Therefore I would very much recommend Nybolig Haderslev!

Dishonest real estate agents
We asked several times for estate agents to investigate with the seller about parking possibilities. They reassured us that street parking is easy and possible for the resident of the building. After signing the contract, we found out that was a lie from the other residents of the building, no parking possibility at all currently on public streets. Monthly expenses to the building is also lower on the advertisement than the final contract without even mentioning to us. Very cunning and dishonest real estate agent, double check everything they say or write, I will never trust this company again.

Highly recommend Nybolig Dragør
Fully recommend Nybolig Dragør (in particular Johanna and the incredibly efficient Astrid) - my experience with them has been great. They patiently guided me through the complicated process of selling one house and buying another in Denmark. Always worked with me and were ready to discuss and help get everything sorted - which was much appreciated by me. Really good & so I highly recommend them!
