Very satisfied with my experience with OBD Express. I was having trouble updating my old Autel, and they patiently helped me, answered all my questions, and resolved my issue.

i placed an order for the xtool 100 pro and was told that it would work on my toyota celica when the device arrived toyota celica in the mileage correction wasnt even listed in their brands car models i tried also on the vaxuhall open combo notb even working theirproduct its face chinese rubbish do not deal with thisncompany i waited days for a refund and never even got my full refund a got £28 english sterlins less then what i had paid for completely a nightmare do not buy anything from these lot compoletely a ripp off

This company lie about the shipping they not use Dhl they use normal germany post and you will never receive your parcel in 3to7 days i am waiting more than weeks still i not receive my diagnostic. Be very careful i will advise shop somewhere else

This company sells the faulty items and try to get away with paying refund. Their customer support is just useless for the customers. The only thing they do it's dragging the time till it's too late to receive a refund from them. In all other companies you can send faulty items on the seller's expense. But with this one they want you to pay for return postage and ignore your emails. I was need to involve my bank to get my money refunded.

I bought launch x431 v. There is menu but it doesnt give any result. I sent videos also about problem. But they dont help me to give back. I want to give, and refund My money in 14 days rule.9rn10188n0494380n

before i bought this OBDSTAR Odo Master i ask if works with my car they said yes but when arrived did not work , msg them every time they said give us minute , over a week i had to go to PayPal ask to return item to china i have to pay for postage no help from company they asking me to close the case with paypal and they will pay for postage . can you see scam i paid £500 for this xx item posted to china and PayPal refunded the money ,they saying they did not get the OBD was not in box , NOW i been getting Email THREATS been made by company that they WILL send some one to my house ?

They delivered the item but they tried to scam me and taking 20days to send it so I messaged PayPal then they told me make sure you don’t close the case and the obd express will tell me to close the case but I didn’t because then I wouldn’t be able to clam my money back , if you buy pay by PayPal and DONT close case , some of the reviews on trust pilot are fake and made by obd themselves
