This is my second purchase with OCM and you didn't let me down. I was a bit nervous because the one I bought this time was Grade B but the product has no visible scratches or wear and tear from previous use. The laptop is clean as new. Extremely happy with the purchase and in the future, OCM is preferred choice for Laptops.

This is the second laptop I've bought from OCM within a few weeks. I was so pleased with the first, and the price was so good, I decided to get a back up

Timely delivery

I think this is the fourth laptop I’ve bought from OCM!!

I wanted a Lenovo Thinkpad. I was very specific at the time that I wanted Lenovo as they’re built so well. I had been working in a corporate and became aware that these places upgrade frequently and outsource the disposal of decent machines.

The first one was in such great condition that I’ve always come to OCM for laptops.
I’ve had two for me, one for my daughter made my brother get one, and got my parents one when their desktop was slow.

Condition has always been better than advertised. Sometimes it feels risky to buy something that’s grade B, but I’ve never had any sense they are less than a perfect example of a well cared for device.

There’s definitely a comfort to buying from a business, compared to peer to peer sales avenues.

This time the hardest desicision was choosing between a Macbook Pro, a Surface Pro and the Levono Yoga, as they had broadly similar specs and all looked excellent in their own way. (went Yoga for the tablet & laptop combo).
Delivery is always Superbly packaged and usually next day.
I'm so pleased at OCM's stellar service that I've taken the time to write out this review.

These guys saved my bacon when my laptop charger died. Knowing they offer a reliable service (bought a laptop from them last year) I called them up late on a Friday afternoon in a panic and they organised a new which was delivered early the following week - free of charge. You don't get that kind of excellent service very often!

After this first experience of buying a laptop here, why would I ever go anywhere else? Fabulous experience, great price, very quick.

Good price for the spec. Laptop delivered had an 1185g7 cpu when the one ordered was an 1165g7 so very happy with that. Condition very good for a 4yr old refurbished machine. Battery life ok for the age. All im all very happy customer. Have purchased from OCM before, will certainly do so again.

I've bought several refurbished laptops from OCM over a number of years and all have been great. They have been accurately described and lasted many years. It is great that these laptops can be given a 2nd life.
OCM were my 1st choice when I needed another laptop recently and Jack was very helpful in narrowing down their wide selection of laptops. Once selected, our laptop was ready to collect the next day. The customer service is excellent and I'm very pleased with my latest purchase.
