So far so good

So far so good!
The laptop looks new. It did not include MS office installed though… something to consider when you are buying your product, you will need to buy your MS office account. Delivered in 3 working days.

Fixed problems quickly

Shipped laptop with no SSD when it advertised 256gb then did not respond to two different communications.
Though the eBay store
ETA: This has since been sorted and a partial refund given. They were gracious and reasonable about it.

Great Service and Laptop

Very satisfied with OCM. I had a slight hiccup with the initial delivery of my laptop, but the OCM team resolved the issue within a 48hr window. When I received the laptop its condition was great and easy to just get going. Its clean and looks like new. The keyboard keys are in great condition and the screen and colours are in perfect working order. Very happy

First Class supplier

Cant fault the quality and delivery from OCM, although a grade B item, it looks and feels grade A. Have always purchased my laptops from OCM this is the 4th and I look no where else.

Needed to replace my damaged iPhone at…

Needed to replace my damaged iPhone at very short notice and was recommended to try OCM in Pershore.Despite being the end of the working day they remained open and fixed me up with a bargain secondhand phone to tide me over untill I can get mine sorted.Excellent service.Thank you OCM.
