Total chaos and bad treatment of the client

It's absolutely unbelievable.
This company is totally chaotic and without any control.

31-05 - I did the payment.
02-06 - they blocked my numbers because no payment.

Additionally in meantime they just increase the prices without any warning or information or agreement.

They expect payment in advance but it is not possible to check or guess how much You have to pay.
At the end of May You have to pay for June but You have absolutely no idea how much.

Unfortunately, there has been an error in the redirect process to NETS where manual payments have not gone through.

Hustlers! Warnings ⚠️

Hustlers, making me changing my abonnement, and promised me that i can order my new phone soon as my abonnement start, they inform me after that i needed to wait at least 2 months before i can get my phone, and same day a new saler, calling me to ask if i m satisfied, and when i ve said no i am not, he told me that he can make it uo to me and that he can give me a better price for my home Internet, trying to just make more sales.

When you wish to purchase a phone at OiSTER and want to pay for it through installments you have to get an approved creditscore.
The score gives an amount that you can purchase hardware for. And the system might take a bit before calculating the final score.

Seems like the website crashed. It says Service Unavailable. Error 503. It's been like this for a few hours now.

seems cheep in the beginning but you…

seems cheep in the beginning but you will end up same or more compared to other providers when you add up foreign calls, roaming,etc... . Acceptable coverage tough.

The prices on our subscriptions are definitely in the cheap end - we are also aiming towards being competitive on the price ranges.

Phone calls and sms/mms to foreign numbers are not included in your subscription. If you make phone calls or send sms/mms from Denmark to a foreign number, you will have to pay for these activities.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to include phone call or sms/mms from Denmark to foreign numbers in any of our subscriptions.

We would therefore recommend that you use Messenger (Facebook), WhatsApp or maybe Skype instead. It is completely free to call or sms/mms on these platforms - also when it is to someone who is abroad.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a lack of speed, regarding your internet in the evenings.

We provide the kind of internet called mobile broadband. It is not possible to buy a particular speed with mobile broadband. This is because the mobile broadband gets its' signal from the transmission masts outside. The signal is therefore airborne, and the speed and quality is affected by factors from the outside.
Theses factors could be:
- How many transmission masts there are in your area
- The distance to the transmission masts
- Wind, weather and terrain
- The amount of users in your area

Especially the last factor, the amount of other users in the area, is essential in your case. The speed will typically drop in the evening, because there is more active users during the evening hours. In other words, you are sharing the signal with a bigger amount of other users during the evening, because these hours is typically where people are off work and gets home and turns on the TV.

Very bad internet

It’s the worst internet i've ever bought at Oister it's too slow to read a video on youtube and read a series and the connection is very bad on the internet

I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing a slow connection, where it hasn't been possible for you to watch any videos or series.

When it comes to signal, unfortunately there will be areas where we don't cover quite as wide. There may be various factors that play a role in this, such as terrain, a lower number of masts or the distance to the mast.

You can try to turn on data roaming on your mobile/modem, if you have not already done so, which gives you access to use 3's roaming partner, and this will hopefully pick up a better signal.

The best phone operator

The best experience with a phone operator I got so far !
No worries with Oister, you always get noticed when something happens. You can easily change from an abonnement to another to make it fit better to your needs. And the prices are so competitive !
