Super duper 😀

I have never experienced Any problems with them. Even when payment is slightly late they send a friendly reminder pr. SMS without making you Pay expensive fee's. Also they send u friendly reminders if you Are close to exceeding your download limits. The price is very affordable too. Customer service is tip top too. Nothing bad to say.

Go somewhere else!
I've had calls to EU charged, although my subscription very clearly included calls to EU.
First time, customer "service" returned to money, after many increasingly sternly worded emails. Second time they refused in the exact same scenario.

Luckily, the Danish tele market has a lot of operators who are happy to take over cancellations etc.
The Danish "Teleankenævn" is by the way where you go and submit a complaint for charges not in your contract.

Thanks for your review.

It is correct that we offer EU-roaming telephony in our subscriptions. However, it works so that it is free to use your phone when you are abroad. That measn when you are in the EU, you can freely use your phone as if you were at home on a Danish network.

When you are in the EU, you can use SMS, MMS, calls and data for free.
What is not included in your subscription is sending SMS and making calls from Denmark to European phone numbers. Therefore, you will be charged for this kind of usage.

Great mobile company

Great mobile company! Never had problems with them.... Always kind and helpful..... I tried some companies before.... Oister it is the best! Good quality of sound, great covering all over Denmark and very cheap..... I pay 89 Dkk for free talking and 40 GB..... Very cheap.... I will never move from OISTER. All my family having Oister and they are super happy. Thank you Oister.

I ordered sim card online and I didn't get it during 15 days.
this is worst case that you enter new country and order sim card to manage your life and you don't get your order after 15 ongoing days.

I am very sorry to hear, that your simcard did not arrive in time.

Sometimes simcards can get lost in the mail, and we apologize many times, if that was the reason.

unfortunately we have slightly longer waiting times, especially at the beginning of the month, but the last week, our response time has been between 0-10 minutes.

If you do not receive your SIM card after 5 working days, simply contact customer service and we will of course send a new SIM card immediately.

We also offer eSIM, which can be ordered free of charge on our website, so you don't have to wait for a SIM card.

You don’t hire Oister

Don't make the bad decision to hire Oister!
We have done so and regret it greatly!
The new Oister sim card was supposed to be sent to us and never arrived. We no longer have service with the other phone company and no longer have service with Oister.
When you try to contact customer service and no one answers, the phone number doesn't work, and they respond to emails with DAYS of delay!
Really if you have a problem no one can help you!
Do not hire OISTER! I warn you so you don't have the hard time we are having!

When we send a SIM card, it is sent with PostNord. Their delivery time is 2-5 working days. If the SIM card has not arrived within 5 working days, we encourage you to contact our customer service and point out that the SIM card has not arrived.

I will grant you that there is sometimes a bit of a wait to get in contact with our customer service by phone. It is typically busiest at the beginning of a new month.

It is also always possible to write an email directly to me at kundeservice@oister.dk ATT/ Viktoria if you want me to take a look at your specific case

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, I ma part of the 50% of customers that find this company despicable. 1 star is too generous. I agree with the others that the customer service and the waiting time is horrible & you wait 30 minutes to be told that it is Post Nord fault that they have not send you a SIM card. Basically you pay your subscription and do not have a working phone and the only thing they can do is to say sorry, but you still have to pay, even if you do not have a phone???Not to mention that they close at 15:30 on Friday, and rest on Saturdays, when it is a services working day!

Below average and discriminating service.

Besides the below average coverage in the middle of the city, you need to know if you have several phones on one subscription (family subscription or whatever its called, I can't check anymore), then its ONLY the person who makes the account who can log in. If you're a spouse to that person, Oister has a new shiny system that makes sure you'll be treated like your spouses child. Not an equal paying costumer. Its one thing to create the account with nem-id, but not making it possible to log in without it, when there's multiple users, is just the most demeaning service.

Although we do our best to provide good coverage on our network, it is unfortunately not always possible to achieve broad coverage in all areas. There can be several factors that affect the quality of coverage, such as terrain, the number of transmission masts or the distance to the nearest mast.


It is also correct that when you become a customer of OiSTER, you can only log in with the contract persons NemID/MitID. We are an online company and continuously develop digital initiatives that mean that we are forced to ensure that it is the right owners of the OiSTER subscriptions who log in to Mit OiSTER.

We have made sure to increase security so that we can look after our customers' data and information as best as possible, so I am sorry to read that you find this discriminating.

Disaster

As a customer for around 10 years I expected proper service.
I used to be happy with Oister until today!
I requested a number transfer from another carrier to Oister a week ago. According to the emails received from Oister the transfer was about to happen today. So far so good. I received email stating that the QR-code for my esim is ready and I can active it from mitoister but guess what. After logging into mitoister I realised that there is no QR-code at all and I am left without a phone. I tried reaching customer service via email, cued for over an hour on the phone without success. Ridiculous!!!
So far I’m left without a phone for 24 hours and counting!!!
What are you going to do about it? Simple sorry isn’t acceptable at all!

Normally, it will be possible to download the eSIM the evening before the number transfer, so you are sure that the eSIM is ready for use the next day.
However, I am sorry to read that is not the case here.

In this case, we would always recommend that you contact Customer Service so that we have the opportunity to correct this.

If you continue to experience problems with eSIM or your SIM card, I would recommend that you contact us on 70 31 30 70, where my nice colleagues are ready to help.

Worst of the worst

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a phone service provider.

Constant extra costs, long waiting times, incompetent staff who do not help you have waiting 40 mionutes on the line. Bad connection. Do not go for this provider.

I have TRIED to pay them the montly…

I have TRIED to pay them the montly fees 3 times.
But they have a problem receiving money - as they now state on their website.
BUT... they then shut down my services!?
I have 2 phone numbers and a router through them - and they turn off my services because THEY can't receive money!?!?
At least leave my services open until you figure out things on your side!?!?

Total chaos and bad treatment of the client

It's absolutely unbelievable.
This company is totally chaotic and without any control.

31-05 - I did the payment.
02-06 - they blocked my numbers because no payment.

Additionally in meantime they just increase the prices without any warning or information or agreement.

They expect payment in advance but it is not possible to check or guess how much You have to pay.
At the end of May You have to pay for June but You have absolutely no idea how much.
